I’ve just finished watching both seasons on SBS TV in Australia. This series builds and builds to a fabulous and surprising pay-off at the end, like a good novel. The first season was intriguing and a bit crazy, but I stuck with it, and the 2nd season built on that into a larger story. I’m so glad I watched it all. Love it! Inventive, crazy, funny, with a touch of drama, intrigue, love stories, sci-fi, and high 1970s tech!
I saw the first serie on German one tv, I started watching the first by accident. The longer it lasted, the more exciting it became. In the end I was intrigued, this series deserves a lot more promotion! I'm searching if the serie is somewhere available, but found nothing. any tips?

If you can access Australian on-demand TV, *SBS Australia* is still streaming the 2nd season of this series. There is also a DVD set you can buy (French with English subtitles), but only for USA/Canada region 1, so depends on your devices. No good for us here in Australia. I'd love to watch it all again. I love the comparison between US and European series. This is a very creative serie with drama, comedy, intrigue, family and the extremely realistic feel of the early 80's with their vehicles and tools, clothing. I miss that in US series, too much action, unreal scenarios and always a "hero" like figure.
This is a gem and classic. Great characters, the storyline just keeps you hooked, and some great comedy. Well done SBS Australia for screening it. Series 1 was pretty brilliantly weird....but how they develop things in series 2 is a knock out. 👏 &5 🌟s

This is one of the best series I have ever watched. Super funny, intelligent and addictive! I highly recommend it. It's an 11 out of 10.👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏+👏

Are you in Australia, Donna? Yes, SBS does it’s own English subtitles for us for TV. Wish they could get the license for the DVDs here.
