This is one of the best Guards who is actually doing his job of enforcing the rules and protecting the horse! Why can't the other Guards follow suit and do their jobs too?

What an absolutely gorgeous horse! I wonder what breed it is? On the other hand, people are idiots. Don't you just love it when they are told to stay out of the box and they take it like a compliment. In their defense, there should be much clearer signage, like "DO NOT TOUCH THE HORSE" and "STAY OUT OF THE BOX." That's all.
