Is it better slow or fast cos I play mid but I can play fast but idk if fast settings would work cos I miss like my wall edits but my double edits and stuff r better it’s mainly wall edits do I just try the fast one and focus practicing the walls
I use L3 to edit and R3 to jump O to switch mode R1 to select edit and R2 to confirm I’m used to it very I can kill quite a lot of people however I’m not amazing amazing I feel sloppy with my game I don’t wana play claw but I just wana know if two paddles are the back are acc good or not, idk what to do

I’ve stayed the same skill level at editing for a while just because of the controller. I’m not terrible, I can kill my friends that are on PC, but I also wouldn’t call myself amazing. I do use the left joystick for editing mode but I’ve been back and fourth on my sensitivity and how I like it. Editing is slowly getting better but still not the best. The paddles on the back of a controller help a ton tho
Actually 🤓🤓 for the bins its mostly your preference if you play claw, paddles or none of them since i play double claw i use circle to build and right dpad to edit

The problem with most edit courses is the builds are already built, however they will not be like that in a real game
However it does help with crosshair placement and getting used to pressing your edit button which is why if i change my binds i always use an edit course to help

@@smilloww2095 Sorry, I keep forgetting that double * to make text bold is only for Quotev. Subconsciously, I thought UA-cam would be the same, but it turns out, it's only one *, so accidentally putting double asterisks on each side makes it look like that. Lemme change it lol

You can try confirm with R1, but I agree L3 for edit is wack, touchpad is way better.

Auto sprint is not that important i had in on circle now on square u can also do it on right depad i have 2 paddles on my ps4 controller my settings : r3 buoldmode, L3 slide / crouch - right depad pickaxe if u click it twice u get the weaponslot nr.1

when i try to edit a double dit instead of editing its put a wall so am forced to do tripple edit

use creative to practice BUILDING with the new bind
then after your able to do 90s etc hop in the edit course and practice edits
then lastly start 1v1ing with your new binds someone around your level that wont sweat on u every round so u can get the feel of memorizing the binds with pressure on u

Bro me and a random guy played squads and i used these settings and we got to like 6th place
Ping is the only answer u can only get as good as ping let’s u be. Console controller player with high ping against kbm with the insta resets, less input delay and more frames it’s nearly impossible like 8/10 chance u get bodied
Edits are not always recommended for l3 for me. Honestly if you play claw at any cost don’t use l3. For me it puts the strain on your hand if you edit fast. I personally use X/square to edit because they don’t strain and easy to press. All my opinion though
It’s way better to use L3 as switch mode. It’s very easily accessed and you won’t be spamming it, it’d be best not to waste such a good button by unbinding it.

But my edits are not that fast though what edit button is better for me to edit with because i cant edit that fast but my online mates can and they just kill me what edit button should i use that i can edit faster than them with so i can get kills on them im on PlayStation though
I like the part on the video that doesn't exist where ping, ms and FPS are key things makes you play faster.
Problem: when i edit, it takes like 2 milliseconds for it to actually finish editing. How to i edit it with no delay after confirming?
if you have disable pre edit option on then that delays edits

1:02 It doesn't matter what binds u use, It matters on how good u are with the binds u have.

not true at all smart one....if u LISTENED to the video he made it CLEAR using something like O or B to edit on controller if your NOT using claw is doomed for failure back then it was ok but with paddles and claw being popular now your at a LARGE disadvantage when it comes to speed and movement. its either adapt or fall behind sometimes u gotta realize when YOUR way of things just isnt the right way anymore
But the thing is I’d your actually super fast you can technically do the same things

It’s under the one where it’s a controller and setting symbol. It will say edit hold time

Well, for one thing there is more than 3 consoles in the world. Also the switch is technically mobile anyway. I have no bias because I own a switch.
