I wish they would give the instrumental a bit extra power for the chorus towards the end and im not the biggest fan of dutch... But the song is really catchy and nice.. I also thought it had more impact during the live version
We're sorry for speaking the official language we speak here, because it's obviously a choice. No, just kidding. We don't like our language either, haha! Also I agree with the instrumental. It's too weak and I wanted them to revamp it a little bit, but no. Our broadcaster seems to be lazy again... Ayana deserved a proper music video in a studio too, but oh well... :-)
@@im.joeyb. its probably because im german so you have a closer relation to the language as its pretty similar in some ways. We have all the long words and in comparison dutch just sounds lazy or a little like an ugly accent of high german... which of course exist regionally in german too.... No hate though ;)
me just randomly coming here to leave that german isn't a beautiful language either 😂 and many germans hate their language too or at least german music... i mean thats also probably the reason why we didnt perform a german song on esc for so long. 😄
this is my favourite so far, it hits differently if you understand the lyrics (i am german and actually started crying hearing it the first few times...)
"That is Dutch... That CHCHCH is definitely Dutch" 😂😂😂 The Netherlands Junior Eurovision entries are very Disney Channel-esque and that's okay. I just think the whole country is an amusement park.
It's not a bad song, with a lot of meaning, she sings how she misses her family, who are now in Japan, but she can't come to them. It seems to me that she will take 10th - 13th place in the competition.
I wanted more power in the end, some climax. I love ballads just this one is not strong. I also didn't like the video production. I think Netherlands will be low like in 2018.
@@MaxxyRainbowESC ik had de indruk dat je niet weet waar dit lied over gaat. Ook denk ik dat je werkelijk geen benul hebt hoe het voelt om zo ver van je familie te wonen. Haar familie woont in Japan. Iedere vakantie gaat zij daar naartoe. Door corona kon dit niet. Is het dan niet logisch dat ze haar familie mist?

I love how everyone hates the Dutch language. - from a Dutchie (we hate it too LOL)
@@amorea3688 havent yet decided if i hate the og dutch or the antwerp dutch more lol... I wonder what the dutch think about german though

This is song is really underrated by fans in my opinion
my winner

My favorite! I’m a sucker for ballads 😫😫
Mata Sugu Aō Ne translates from Japanese to English as See You Soon

Thnxxxx queen, the whole government here is indeed a amusement park. 😂

This was my second at national final. Her performance was great but not sure that is this song enough to get good place.
I love the Japanese

I'm not really a fan it's my number 8/10. But good luck to her. And for me to much language 3 i can't it's not melodic for me.
I'm sorry, but your reaction to this beautiful touching song is quite rude.
How so? What did I say that was rude?

I like it and I love the message but it's also forgettable in my opinion
