North Sikkim Local Food Taste Test I Hotel Rufina Lachung de'CROWN I Soul and Belly

Hellooooo my lovely Soulfull Belly fam...wish you all Eid Mubarak and you all are welcome to another exotic episode of North Sikkim Tour.This episode is about hotel in Lachung.We have stayed at Rufina De’Crown hotel in Lachung which costs Rs. 3000 including breakfast.The hotel was newly built and obviously very clean. The view from the hotel was terrific. It was one of hotel which located on the top of the mountain. The staffs were very much courteous.
And finally we got the chance to explore the local food out there. As you all have seen in the previous episodes that we bought some local things to taste,so we got the opportunity to use that in Lachung. We have tried the famous Gundruk soup which was prepared in a local style, then we have tried Lai Saak bhaji which was truly wonderful, gorkha chutney made with the local hot chilly and till date the taste is there in my tongue.just loved it. Then the famous Lai Saak with chicken served in the platter, Oh my god that was unbelievably superb👍👍...the ethnic taste of Lai Saak mixed with chicken gravy made it perfect ...with all it was a WOW experience...
