I randomly came across this video and it's so much like my current condition. I bought a piano because this july because I felt like I was getting really sad and depressed alone in house and I had always marvelled at musicians and singers. So I thought yeah let's learn piano . Bought one and before i even took my first online class with the teacher , someone came over my house and first thing they saw was the piano and asked me to play a bit. I was doing exactly what he did in this video.
I only recently got a proper electric stand up piano with the full 88 keys because I used to practice on a keyboard which only had like 5 C octaves and the keys weren’t weighted. I am in literal love with my new piano
I have a old classical piano that I got for free that is so out of tune every time I go to my lesson I'm like oh that's what a piano actually sounds like
I put more effort in the 2 months I've played digital piano than a friend of mine has in her entire life she has had a grand piano. A month ago I got one with 5 octaves instead of the 3 octaves I practiced with a month prior to it and I'm still butthurt over the fact that I can't play a lot of classical pieces on it even if I were to have practiced enough for it.

Bought one and before i even took my first online class with the teacher , someone came over my house and first thing they saw was the piano and asked me to play a bit. I was doing exactly what he did in this video.

I only recently got a proper electric stand up piano with the full 88 keys because I used to practice on a keyboard which only had like 5 C octaves and the keys weren’t weighted. I am in literal love with my new piano

I have a old classical piano that I got for free that is so out of tune every time I go to my lesson I'm like oh that's what a piano actually sounds like
I put more effort in the 2 months I've played digital piano than a friend of mine has in her entire life she has had a grand piano. A month ago I got one with 5 octaves instead of the 3 octaves I practiced with a month prior to it and I'm still butthurt over the fact that I can't play a lot of classical pieces on it even if I were to have practiced enough for it.

@@briaharris183 pianos used to have keys made of ivory. So slang for playing the piano was tickling the ivories. Keys are now made of various things, including plastic.
