Dear @Luigi-uj5ml, Thank you so much for the interesting and informative comment. I have only had the one visit to this funicular and found it extremely compelling and unique. I just had to use the small amount of video footage that I took to record my visit. The city at the top of the ride is just a fantastic example of a historic fortified city and I would recommend to anyone spending some money in the interesting shops therein. You are correct, at first I thought that the funicular was in a conventional style of "Balanced" working and it wasn't until later that I fully appreciated the independence of the two tracks after I had done some research.
