Hi, i am not sure about the profession of primary applicant in your case. If its belong to 482 list, better to choose 482.491 is provisional PR. It means can apply for PR once completed 3 years. I am under 494,similar to 491.The one who came under 482 after me got there PR. But i will get once i complete my 3 years. Its also difficult to buy property because they will consider as foreign investor and need to pay additional charges. From my bottom of heart i won't recommend 491 or 494.If the profession of primary applicant belongs to 482,better to choose that one, so that there is no time frame, any time you can apply for PR.
I think I should forward this video to our Conservative opposition leader. He is screaming 24 hours a day that Canada is the most expensive country in the world (which is not). unfortunately this vlog is in Malayalam. All this costs to basically live in a dry continent.🤣🤣🤣
