A very nice and informative blog Believe it brother I am a great foodie and have tested nearly all foods of the world let that be Italian /Turkish/ kurdish/ Arabic/Afghani/indian etc but the Kashmiri wazwan is ahead of all in having verities and taste that too every verity having different taste and the second number is of turkish cuisines a bit nearer to wazwan but not available anywhere in Europe we usually get it from kashmir once or twice in a yr
I request to all chefs of Kashmir (Mr Wazas) through your medium plz give a thought to internationalise the wazwan especially in European and Turkish world where the real meat eaters of world live you people will not believe that people from these countries eat much more meat then we Kashmiris
