You need to do a head cleaning and nozzle check daily. The head cleaning is just pressing and holding a button on the printer, you don't need to do anything in the software.

I'd like to know your take on what's the best solution something like this or a sublimation printer or one of each if I'm doing shirts & cups etc? I ordered this printer. I didn’t even open it until my onboarding day. It was broken and it’s been a hell of time trying to get it fixed. I would not ever recommend this printer. I haven’t event had the chance to use it. The ink lines are broken and the ink spills out the printer onto my desk. This maybe a good printer but I don’t know and technical doesn’t do anything to help. I’ll be sending emails to everyone for someone to help resolve this issue. 😢
No this DTF printer, like most, will not work on a MAC only a PC. The lowest price DTF printer that I know of that runs on a MAC is the Epson 2100 and it doubles as a DTG printer as well. shrsl.com/3wwjb
You are correct...the manufacturer even states that "The UNINET DTF 100 produces durable and intense color prints, is built on the popular and reliable Epson engine, professionally modified and enhanced by UNINET." Unfortunately, I'm not sure we're ever going to see DTF printers that low.. :(

So there is no automatic maintenance like head cleanings or white ink circulation or in agitation?
You need to do a head cleaning and nozzle check daily. The head cleaning is just pressing and holding a button on the printer, you don't need to do anything in the software.

Are there any DTF printers for the home crafter that costs less than $400? Everything I see when I search online is in the thousands.

Are the Uninet & AAP Prestige pretty comparable? I like the bundle comes with software included.
