its fine. It has an oil primer to pump oil on the rings. Only needs a can of ether on the cold days. The poor old thing is on its 3rd full rebuild and is due another one. At this stage it still runs when I drag it out for a run.
You get something running and then there's always that one guy 'who will make it run better" that kills it and makes you start over, probably more than once. (And that guy seems to always wear a green jacket. Coincidence?) :P
I don't get to fussed about what other people have to say about how something of mine is running as long as I am happy enough with it. Like this old Mcdonald I am happy with it running with a mind of its own because it is very worn out and requires a lot of work to get it back into good shape.
