@7:42 watch it in 0.25 speed. His crosshair teleports to stairs，not the guy on sandwich. It's probably a demo bug，faceit demos have sound too. What kind of aimlock flicks way past a target and flicks back ? However if it's a teammate`s live pov， he's %100 cheating and it's a bug related to his cheats. No human ever can move their mouse that fast.
Edit: wait I just noticed there is a donation thing at the bottom. The game is on a live stream，not a demo. So yeah he is %100 cheating. It's impossible for a human to move their mouse that fast.
