Amazing song..I have initially liked female version of this song by noorani sister but one day i accidently listen to this song and was amazed how I miss this song for so long... Noorani sister song is really good but this song take you to altogether different dimension especially from 2:17 onwards.... He might be bad with Punjabi words but still I feel blessed with this song ... Again this song is something which might not be liked by many and I think that should OK I believe....😇

He does in Tamil language too... there are critics here in TamilNadu , saying he makes mistakes in pronunciation.. his reply to them, " I want the feel of the song to be provided. so i pronounce it wrong ." and also he said don't take that as mispronounciation , instead as gibberishness, a word without any meaning but that sound gives you great feel ..

I was a teenager when ARR burst into the scene and have been a great admirer ever since. Many years later a friend of mine said to me, "Every time I listed to a new song/composition by AR Rahman, I find it strange. But the more you listen to it, the more addicted you will get to it.". After all these years this continues to remain true for me. I listened to the female version first and then when I found this, I thought, "Hmm, that sounds....different". Since then I've comeback countless times to listen to this over the past year and have thoroughly enjoyed it each time.
