I pushed my kids around in their strollers with a small JBL speaker sitting in the bottom so the kids could enjoy the music too. I'm not being any louder than a car playing music going by so walking down the street is fine. Standing outside of a store or standing in one place in a public area, be considerate of your surroundings.
