Queensley - But the recipe for kfc style chicken specifically says to add all the ingredients for seasoning into the flour not put it directly on the chicken!
Always make sure your oil is hot before you put anything into the pan. Otherwise whatever you put in the pan absorbs more of the oil and doesn’t cook as nicely. If you’re unsure if the oil is hot enough, splatter the tiniest bit of water into the pan and if it’s sizzles, your oil is hot enough 🤗

i used to work there - if u want a thick coating tuck and roll in the coating 10 times, then dunk in water (or egg whites) and then tuck and roll again 10 times 😊 - zinger is heel (mayo, lettuce, meat then circle of mayo on the crown)
Anastasia that what you made to begin with was called a roux that's what you make when you're making a gravy without the drippings if you use drippings then you would just mix the flour and water together and get the drippings in a pan and you would get it boiling and then you would put the mixture in. But what you're doing is just making it from beginning with a roux and then you put make your own drippings from the the beef and chicken Cube.
If you guys want zinger burgers but easier, you can get hot and spicy chicken burgers at Aldi and they taste the exact same THEY ARE SOOO GOOD Ps they do a chicken nugget version too

you did an okay job but I would recommend washing the chicken before coating.
We're advised against washing chicken in the uk. American chicken tends to be washed because of the chemicals used. X
