- Corey Mylchreest is stepping into the “Bridgerton” universe as young King George in the new “Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story”! He chatted with “Extra’s” Terri Seymour at the L.A. premiere about telling the love story between his young King George and India Amarteifio’s Queen Charlotte. Corey spoke about the bond he and India formed and recalled their chemistry test during casting. He also revealed what the audience will be surprised to learn about King George! “Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story” is streaming on Netflix May 4.

I was so taken back by his acting skills, especially the last episode in the scene where he struggles to tell Charlotte that he loves her
Terrific leading man; handsome, charming and
vunerable. And those frightening quick changes in temperment, the privation to protect his wife from himself. Corey was brilliant.
Perfectly said! 👏🏾 i did NOT know exactly how to put into words how fascinating, impressive and stunning it was to watch him sort of regress back into the mentally ill episodes he’d have, the tics, facial expressions etc, down to his confession of love to Charlotte. Brilliant actor, he was mesmerizing 🥹👏🏾 I’d love to see him again!

I was so surprised when I found out this is basically the first big project Corey has done. He came across as a seasoned, experienced actor, it's really impressive! Can't wait to see what else this guy does over the years.
