I took Mace's will + Brutal claws on this comp for nocturne that thing shreds I had just slightly over 100% crit IE,RFC, and Guinsoo's Rageblade I destroyed my lobby after 4-5. The double bleed from ability + brutal claws was so satisfying.

After Stage 3 you can no longer get the gold generating artifacts from the anvil
