Chef, I found this to be really inspiring. I didn't realize you were on the road full time and operating your daily life and Outdoor Eats out of your CR-V. That's kind of amazing.
What do you do with your stuff when you head out for a backpacking trip? In one of your videos you went into a supermarket and packed up for your trip in the empty back of the rig? Does your stuff spend more time in an air B&B than you do?
    Thanks for what you do

Cheers H. I have some good friends around the country that let me stash the important things when I need to leave a car at a trailhead for a few days. Onward!

Did you go to the Nashville House, in Nashville Indiana, and try their "Baked Apple Butter"? They also used to have a great selection of cast iron goods. I started my camping experience at Brown County State Park about 1938 when I was 4, and been at it every since in one form or another.

Fun video. Kind of "how the sausage is made." Would really like to see you teach us how to clean and fry fresh fish at a camp. Thanks.

Thanks for sharing. I had no idea that you were traveling about and fulfilling your own orders. I assumed you had a third party service in TX (apparently where you were when you shipped my order this week). Come through NW Wisconsin some time (in the summer though 😉) and we can show you parts of the ice age trail.
