I love seeing how Ashley has grown into her confidence and is rocking the cute little crop tops! You go girl! 🫶🏻🫶🏻
Came to say the same! Love it! ❤ you go Ashley!
I feel your pain! We moved to Texas 3 years ago to get away from the northern Ohio winters. Now it’s 108 degrees and I’m on Zillow looking for cabins in the mountain. 😂
We live in Arlington Washington. We have two guest rooms our highest this summer has been 85 yesterday. We cool down into 50's at night. PNW is beautiful year round. Green with snow capped mountains.
We recently moved to Northern Colorado, after 33 years in Arizona. Twenty-five of those years were in the Phoenix area. We escaped just in time!
The precious most beautiful family!! 💕
You are so kind
To be fair, today in eastern idaho was 103* so not much better😂 if you love winter it’s great though! Our last winter lasted about 5 months. The temperature got to -17 this last January and my car froze..😂 we are either one extreme or another lmao! You gotta choose your battles!🤣
It has been 100 the past few weeks where I love in Canada
Violet looks like George. So adorable!
It’s a desert in south western Idaho too. But we get less snow than St. George
We have plenty of kumquats in our backyard. I am from South Africa and they flourish in this region. The look like small oval shaped oranges, but they taste nothing like an orange. You eat them with the skin still on - they are small enough to pop into your mouth. The skin is not thick. It is an aquired taste, but once you get over the bitter/sour taste, they are actually very nice. I am going to say your kids will hate them, but I think Ashleigh might enjoy them.
🇨🇦 we live 10 minutes from Niagara Falls On. It’s 85 degrees here!!
I'm from Pa and I'm visiting my daughter in Phoenix Az for 2 months and I love our Pa winters this is to hot.😊
Love George’s joke!🤣
Twin Falls is desert and very windy. You would hate it.
Maine!! Southern Maine has beautiful beaches. And 100 degree days are very rare.
Come on over to SD it’s humid so when it’s 75 it feels like 90+
Comquats are wonderful. Grew up with them. Enjoy
Poor Violet is only ever going to be able to sleep in pitch black with super loud white noise going! 😂😂😂 That too is my favorite way to sleep. I find that the little green light on my bedroom smoke detector keeps me up sometimes. 🤦🏻♀️🤣
I encouraged you guys to consider Cedar… we have seasons! I visited SG the first month we were here (July 2020) and got so hot I refused to return until January 😂
Idaho just started it’s summer! You could be like the snow birds and have a place cooler in the summer and go back to southern utah for the fall and winter.
I tried kumquats before, they`re sweet/sour inside and the peel is a little bitter. But you can eat them with the peel. I liked them most as a fruit sauce on chocolate mousse :D
We love watching you guys! Just curious, is there a vitamin that you just love for your kiddos? We love Healthy n Fit Kid Naturals, but they are so hard to find in stock. Just curious if you guys have a favorite. Thanks!
I will take 115° of dry heat all summer long over 8.5 months of winter, 1.5 months of straight of rain, and two months of 90° with 90% humidity. Northern states are awful.
Kumquats aren't generally for eating straight from the tree like other citrus. They are usually pickled or made into a jam and used as a condiment. Very attractive shrubs though.
We often ate kumquats in South Africa
Florence, Oregon on the coast! Come see me! High of 66 today 😊
Kumquat look like oranges but are smaller, you can eat them whole (skin and all) they have a unique but sweet taste. They used to be grown in old English gardens but possibly come from Australia.
I’m going to Idaho for my niece’s wedding in Sept. for the very first time and it seems to be just as hot there right now. I think most of the country is on fire right now. And in Canada, things are literally on fire with their wildfires, so I’m not sure that’s a better idea either lol.
Violet speaks so well. She is easier to understand than James.
I know what u mean about the heat. It's been hot hot here in middle Tn too much for any kind of outside ....
George is a diplomat.
Violet is soo smart for a 2 year old!!
You just need a pool.
Southern Utah is THE best!
I would move to Alaska. They think 70 is hot in the summer.
I need to catch up...is FL out of the running? No snow, but humid and hurricanes (if near MCO)
Grandparents always have peaches in the pantry! 😂
i live in Ohio and when summer happens i get soooo mad cuz i hate being hot!!! hahaha that was a great joke George!!!
Cumquats are citrus. You can eat the whole and the skin is sweet and the flesh is sour. They are very nice squeezed on paella.
Come hamg out with me in Alberta!
Love you guys ❤
Ashley how are you wearing a long sleeve😮 I’m in Az on the Mexican boarder, can’t even do that I’m AC 😂
George I love your joke 😊. Very hot in the keys too. Unfortunately no AC on the ⛵.
I'm looking to buy a house in St. George anyplace is better than freezing cold Colorado
Hey June bugs. Kumquats taste a bit like an apricot. Parrots love em. 🦜
Would love to have you in Boise but it’s not much cooler here.
Change your long sleeve shirt if it’s that hot!
Well, you can come to Minnesota, where it will be an average cool 85 to 90° and humidity 45٪+ . I mean, we've got more than 10,000 lakes. That is 30° cooler than where you are. 😏
I remember being in Minnesota one year, there was snow on the ground but we were outside with just jeans and t shirts on. Dry winters.
@busy_at_the_moment Yes, some winters are like that. Others are like last year, it went on well into spring, it was very, cold and a lot of snow.
I love it!❤️
U can stay with us lol Ontario canada
Just so you know….most senior citizens (I’m 62), suffer from insomnia 😉
Tell me about it. I am 55 and the struggle is real.
Kumquats are very SOUR!
I dont think feeding berries to the sheep is very good idea
If you go for a walk, you leave the kids alone? Not good.
I nominate you all as the cutest family on UA-cam 🎉🎉🥰💕💕💕
I love your sweet kiddoes! They have the cutest personalities. George’s joke was hysterical 🤣
Why does Ashley always speak in a baby voice to Violet I don’t think she did it with the other children 😂❤
They also need to restrict the binkie to nap and bedtime. Can’t understand her with it in her mouth?
I live in Northern California & it’s hot 🥵. Today it’s going to be 111. It’s going to be over 100 for the next 10 days. I’m not a fan of this heat! But at least we don’t really have humidity, it’s a dry heat.
Kumquats are perfect for marmalade as they're quite sour but the skin is sweet.. love your family💗
Cute vlog, guys! I think kumquats may be in the citrus family. Also, sugar cookie recipe, please. Violet is so stinking adorable!
It’s snowing in Africa today 🌏☃️
Thank you for your videos ♥️
Such a beautiful family
James and my niece Maggie resemble each other so much. My niece is 8 now so I feel like I know what James will look like in a few years 😂
A kumquat is is a tiny oval fruit that looks like an orange, but the inside is tart and the outside edible skin is sweet. So cool that you can grow them where you are!
I would be thrilled if you could come and stay with me in Nova Scotia but our temperature has been around 90 degrees lately. We will get a break from that very shortly though.
1915 definitely haunted for sure
Canada calling… if you hated winter in northern Utah, you would not survive a Canadian winter (maybe a warmer area of Canada like Vancouver but it’s super expensive). Although I would pay money to see Ashley spend a week in Canadian winter. 😂
I live in twin falls Idaho. I love it.
Me too! We love it too! And it definitely doesn't get that cold in the winter!
It’s 115° but Ashley is wearing long sleeves 😂😂
I am sure they were exaggerating. I lived in Utah. It never got that hot
Two things: 1) I miss Daddy (or is it Papa) Pig and muddy puddle parties in my life and 2) senior citizens do not sleep through the night-they get up to pee or go to bed late or wake up early. Enjoy your now! LOVE YA!!! 😊💕💕💕
I second senior citizens not sleeping. Muddy puddle parties would have made me anxious at 30. My poor kids!
And we love U 2!!!!!! Greetings from Portugal 🇵🇹!!!!!
Kumquats are a citrus. You eat them with the skins on. If you have the right variety, they are quite yummy with little or no seeds. The thing is… there are many varieties! Some are not as good as others.
Did he say they go for,a walk after the kids go to bed? Hope they aren’t leaving the kids in the house alone!
I don’t want to diminish your suffering but watching from Australia I’m jealous! We had a wet summer and now it’s winter 🥶 so hopefully the heat your experiencing will make its way to Oz.. stay cool, calm and hydrated everyone! Your making the news here in Australia with Death Valley’s high temperatures .. stay safe everyone ❤❤
Check out Hailey Bellevue or Ketchum Idaho
I don't think you can run from the heat in the USA. Go to Australia...it's their winter. Lol ❤😂
i'm confused😂 You say it's unbearably hot but she is wearing long sleeve black t-shirt!? Wt......😂
It’s too cold inside but too hot outside 😂
@@TheDashleys get it😃 It's veryyyy hot here in Zagreb also. Hi from Croatia🇭🇷
Your children are so adorable! Fyi...seniors don't sleep well. Lol
Cumquats are very tart little oranges.. usually used for Cumquat jam with is like a marmalade…..lots of pips
I live in Surprize, AZ (next to Phoenix). Born and raised in the area, but I still HATE the heat. I say it turns up the Bitch factor (much ike your anger).
Ashley, I live in southern Alberta, Canada. Can confirm I am also melting… tomorrow is a high of 38 which is 100.4 F…that is hot where I live
Okay….if you do end up in Idaho (I’m sure you’re joking) I’d be excited!! My family is literally moving there in 9 days!!!!
Kumquats are citrus. Sweet edible skin. Just pop em. Very good. Used to pick them as a kid in Florida. Yummy!
You know what? I live in Maine and I am miserable every day!!!!! It is overly warm and humid. I’m looking for a cooler place! Iceland looks appealing!
We live in phx ,yes hotter than you guys, born and raised here why don’t we move not happening,,lived in California and Florida and we still moved back.
I'm reading this on 7/19 in Phoenix. It was 119 degrees today, a new record for the date. Also set a record for 19 days in a row over 110. We just mostly stay indoors. I hate it but have lived here 41 years
$140 for 30 servings???? Am I missing something? Did I see that wrong?? I looked a couple times because I thought this can’t be right 😮 I am a chronic Insomniak and would love to get just one night of sleep, but I can’t afford this 😢
I live in Newfoundland, Canada! One of the coolest places in Canada and I would be happy to house you guys for the summer! Lol
Just fyi I live in Lewiston Idahio. We have a few weeks of 100+ weather numerous days in July and August. (Up to 118°》😂
My son grabbed a kumquat from the grocery bin wile riding in the cart. Within minutes he broke out in huge welt-like hives that covered his whole body. Watch out!
I was googling homes Maine yesterday because South Carolina is too hot.
Come and visit Minnesota! Always welcome!
You can stay at our place in Nova Scotia canada but it's 104 degrees with 75% humidity
I’m 4 hours north of Vancouver Canada and it’s 100 degrees here
I live in south Texas and we are having ab extreme heat wave too. Every summer I tell myself I am moving to my son's in Northern Idaho!
North Idaho has lots of fishing, hiking, and nature opportunities 😊.
I have eaten Kumquats and they are delicious! Pop the whole thing in your mouth. At first it tastes like a little orange zest.
George .... that joke was FUNNY!!!!
Boise Is Amazing and Logan is Beautiful
Definitely thought it was dallin bleating not the goat!
Can you adopt me? I love your family! 💕😜💕
Love to see all the kids interact they are so sweet ❤️ love your family and all your videos so much, you always make me smile ✨❤️😊🌴
