    Aww bless you, please don't worry about needing to cut down on carbs or syns. You won't have to. I've lost 39lb so far and enjoyed my full syns every day and if I had to live without pasta or potatoes then Id cry 😭 You've done amazing so far and are such an inspiration. Everyone has a bad week here and there and sometimes it's best to look at it over the month. Hope this helps to know that you're not alone. xx

    My husband maintained two weeks in a row and lost a bit of motivation however this week he lost again and now feels totally motivated and back on track for Christmas. If you take your weight loss and divide by the amount of weeks you have been doing it it's still over 2lbs a week which is amazing. I bought a pound of mince from the butcher and made my husband hold it, to actually feel how much weight that is off of your body and how much healthier you feel for it. I'm currently 7 months pregnant and 20lbs up from my normal weight and feeling like a big fat pie. You are doing so well 😘

    I love that you made this video! I’ve literally just started SW so selfishly it’s good to know that this can happen and not to through in the towel or claim the system is broken when it does. Thank you for your honesty and vulnerability and for showing up no matter what xoxoxo

    Don't see this week as a failure, you maintained it could be worse you could have gained! You're looking great and you are on the right track, it can be hard but try and not be too disheartened. Really enjoying this series on your channel, it's motivated me to get back into slimming world as I lost my motivation! Chin up and keep going! There's lots of great recipes online aswell for seasonal foods that you might be craving aswell!

    You have done so well Charlotte keep going. I missed weigh in last week as was so ill with sickness and stomach cramps. Think I lost a bit then went a bit of track so prob put a big on. Reallly annoyed as I was doing so well and got my weigh in on Wednesday. I was so focused at first and finding it hard to get back on track. Your vlogs keep me going and I look out for the Slimming world ones each week so go and smash it this week and I will too and lets keep focusing on our Christmas wish to ourselves xxxx

    I have been there so many times. I'm now 50.5lb down and 4lb from goal, was hoping to do it by my birthday on 5th November but last week I maintained too and I was gutted encase it's not going to happen now! Plus I'll be further away after a dirty weekend away for my birthday! The truth is though, we're still so much lighter and no one else can see a pound or two! Keep going. Your tummy is looking fantastic x

    I was the exact same when I maintained a few weeks ago I was furious that I'd not allowed myself any treats 😂😂 and still stayed the same. But I had to remember it's so much better than gaining!! and I'd done the same lost big weeks previous.
    Don't worry, You got this mama. BRING ON NEXT WEEK!!

    You are doing great, if you are craving something try and use your syns for it so you don't feel you are missing out. When I first went to SW I only ever lost half or one pound each week and sometimes I maintained, I've been a target member for 3 yrs and this year I have put on 10.5 pounds so went back to group recently. I lost 4 pounds in the first two weeks which is unusual for me and 5.5 pounds so far but went off track last week and had a gain this week. So I am back in it to undo the damage I've done. It is hard at this time of year. You will be fine you will start to loose weight again. Good luck.

    Charlotte go back to your first slimming world video and look at the difference in your face. you look so much slimmer and alot more radiant and that's a huge change in 7 weeks. you've been poorly. you've had a big loss in two weeks and now your feeling better your body is trying to catch up. it's no reflection of how you've done with your eating and your certainly not a failure. keep going your doing fantastic. you have actually inspired me to join myself last thursday. I also dragged my best friend along with me too! in our first week I've lost 6lb and my friend lost 4.5lb. so thank you for the inspiration :) x

    Felt exactly the same this morning and I so wished I had watched your video before tucking into a warm panini with cheese :( . The good news, I do have 6 days to work it off :D. Keep going you are doing so well, I still have a long way to go but I will keep plodding away until I have shed those extra pounds :D

    Maintaining is not bad !!!! It just balances the weeks where you lost more than normal!!! Stay positive!!

    I had a gain this week but it's given me the kick up the butt I needed, I have made camp fire stew it was amazing and it's lovely and warming great for the cold nights, also I made scan bran syn free ginger cake yet to try just come out the oven xxx

    Dont beat yourself over a maintain - draw a line and have a great week you may have a catch up week its amazing weight loss and you def. arent a failure - well done and smile you are doing great - I had a half pound gain things could be so much worse !! Ps I treated myself to a soup maker they are brilliant xx

    I maintained last night too after a great week, and I drank 3 litres of water a day too.😡so then I did face plant a Victoria sponge and went to Pizza Hut today, back in plan tmrw x

    This sounds awful but I'm so happy you made this video!!
    I'm on week 5, I've lost 9.5lb and this week I maintained. I've stayed on plan 100% and I was just so disheartened. it's really nice to hear that it's not just me. I never thought of the idea of plateau but I'm determined to push through. keep going, your doing amazing!! x

    It's quite bizarre but we appear to have started slimming world at the same time. (and we 1/2lb different in weight loss!) I also had a maintain for a week and it was disheartening because I actually felt like I'd been ok that week. Every week I just think that I don't intend this to be a quick fix, but this is a lifestyle choice so if I have a maintain that's ok because I know I will lose the next week and just keep going.

    I maintained 2 weeks ago and the following week I lost 5 pounds! The weight will come off just stick to it x X

    I'm not sure if slimming world accounts for this but it can really help to give your metabolism a quick shock every now and then, the off slice of pizza might be in order :)

    You sound just like me Charlotte I am also on a Slimming World journey |I am doing mine from home with no group but it is hard and i am targeting to loose a stone by Christmas too! I am in Manchester so if you want to be slimming buddies let me know!! BTW I totally want to smash a Dominoes too haha!!!

    Did you do your measurements when you joined? Check them again and your bound to have lost a couple of inches. Sometimes it shows in other ways so please try not to feel so disheartened. X
