Good video thx , have 2 take out window 2 get in 2 sort unfortunate mistake with 3 way door lock & can only open from inside 😬 ? Window needs re-seal anyway so glad i found video ! Can tape fitting inside be any brand or is there 1 u recommend ? I think i need 10mm x 5mm but 6 or 7mm would be better ? Wot type or brand of sealant do u use ? Also great tip with the caramel wheel i think u called it & like the finishing tip tidying up with the iso-spray ? Got a lot of confidence out of video , but lastly , will the tape go round corners ? If i could work out how 2 send a foto i’d like 2 show u where i’m at but not good @ technology i’m afraid & Sydney based fyi ? Thx again 4 video ?
@@MatthewDoyland Matthew Tape is TESA brand grey in my case and was 12mm x 7mm or possibly 9mmm Thickness is not an issue as it compresses well Yes it will go around curved corners but not straight ends as per my video where you overlap Also use BOSTIX brand roof and gutter if you take a couple of windows photos you can text 0414307280 i might be able to aseess tape size. There are several different sizes and types depending on age of van Normally front windows only need 6 mm wide but when I took mine out it was the same as side widows so I used 12mm wide tape there as well

Tesa tape required is stock number 60212 if grey or 60112 if black 12mm w x 12.7 mm T by 7.6m length rolls

I'm in SA so purchased from Darios but also can be got from Armstrong packaging pooraka and I think you can buy on line there
