I did not vote for Trump in 2016. About two years ago I really started educating myself in politics and I noticed my opinions changing and forming while I did research on his presidency. Besides the fact that I found myself really in line with Trump’s policies I noticed how the left acted out, that probably changed my mind the most. Within these past few years I’ve seen a complete turn around in my political opinions. I’ve met Donald Trump Jr. and President Trump’s campaign manager, Brad Parscale and I’ve stood within feet of Donald Trump. I can’t tell you how incredible these people truly are. They care about the people of America and our future. When the media puts out false information and you’re not sure who or what to believe, go to a rally and see for yourself. I thought Trump was crazy when he’d say things like “the fake news media” but when you see it for yourself you realize how incredibly insane and manipulating the left truly is. I will be voting for Trump in 2020 and I can only hope and pray that he will win, then for the next four years, at least, America will be okay.

I love this country too. It’s hard seeing what it’s become. I live in a small town..less than 200 people..the nearest town is an hour away and has maybe 5k people…that town has a HUGE drug problem. Meth, opiates, everyone I know has lost someone to fentanyl. Every person I know has lost someone to fentanyl. It is a killer.
There’s not a lot of job opportunities here. I’m lucky my husband has one of the best jobs in the area…we live a humble life. But my co workers live paycheck to paycheck. They have kids too.
People say “move”. It takes $ to move, I’d rather just go back to when my dollar had worth. I don’t need to make a lot of money…I just want basic things. A roof that doesn’t leak, my trusty 4x4 truck, a delicious meal, to be warm during our harsh winters and most importantly I need my relationship with God, my husband and my family. I never voted for Trump. The first time around I was only 22 years old and couldn’t make up my mind. Im still not sure what to make of everything going on and much of it is not as simple or straightforward as the media presents it. What I will say is that one thing I always admired was his desire to hold our allies accountability. The reality is that America spends more on defending the free world than anyone else. America spends more to have a presence in some allied nations who don’t even spend that amount to defend themselves. A great example is Japan or South Korea. Americans talk about all the social welfare programs they have in places like Germany, but the reality is they can only afford those things because we are paying more for their defense than they are. All the while America isn’t exactly in a stable region of the world. There is not much threat from our neighbors, but many places in Central and Southern America are becoming ruled by corrupt and violent regimes. We cannot even take care of the problems in our own backyard like our immigration crisis because we have to focus so much on defending Europe from Russia, defending the Indo-Pacific nations from China, and fighting terrorist groups in the Middle East and Africa. How many UK troops and assets are in the Indo-Pacific? How many S. Korean, Japanese, or Australian troops and assets are in the UK, Germany, Poland? We are spread thin and having to front an enormous bill. It’s not wonder why as one of the wealthiest countries in the world there are other developed nations providing a better standard of living to their people. They can actually afford it. All the security that NATO provides is from American money and blood, and it isn’t even close to being proportional.
