Gosh this song hits a lot... Even though this band is pretty young, it's something very special in my eyes and will always mean something to me (and i guess also for a lot of people). It marks the consecration of years of friendship, of pursuing their dreams, of living life in the present. As talented as they are, they'll always remind me of Anthony's videos, he really was (and still is) a big inspiration for my own life philosophy. His videos really helped me understand how lucky I was for having such great friends, and it taught me to enjoy their presence as much as possible, as well as making the most out of my passions and always trying new things, stepping out of my comfort zone. This song in particular has this "nostalgic but at the same time hopeful" type of vibe to it that makes me like it even more everytime i listen to it. Seeing them still having fun together just makes me optimistic for the future. Listening to this reminds me of happier and simpler times, where I would just live life carelessly, enjoying going through it with them. They're not dead or anything, but graduating just wrecked me down, and I miss them a lot not seeing them every morning. It's like that one quote : "Don't cry because it's over, but smile because it happened". That's how I feel thinking about Anthpo, and what he brought to me and my relationships. The end of an era. If you see this Anthony, just know that I'm really grateful for everything you've done, and I hope you love what you're doing right now.
