canon printer continue paper feeding and paper jam

This was exactly my problem. The printer would print the page and then grab a second page and then jam...every time. I followed these directions and the problem is gone. THANK YOU SO MUCH! FYI, the printer I worked on is a Canon LBP6030 in Laos.
