"What Is It For? I Don't Want To Be On It...What Is This For?

- I recently paid a visit to This USPS location to document in the public areas of the property. When I was documenting inside, an employee behind the counter got my attention stating that I couldn't record inside the post office, I asked her to get her supervisor since she seemed ill informed. A short time later Her supervisor came out to calm the situation & did inform her that I was within my right to document where I was standing. I also has a few interactions from customers coming & going near the from door. One woman in particular seemed extremely confused asking why I was recording & stated that she didn't want to be on my camera. It never fails that those who claim they don't want to be documented stand in front of the camera the longest. Ultimately, I decided to give this location a pass due to the fact that the postal supervisor squashed any issues with the clerk inside.

“You’re violating me”
most people are being recorded by cameras 95% of the time they are outside (ring doorbells, stores, etc), so there is that.
this is why auditors are so got dang important. bootlickers think they're there to stir 💩up, but they're there to see if other people will try to violate rights.
it's so easy to not violate rights. i do it every day without breaking a sweat. too many people think they're the main character, and their personal opinions and level of "comfort" is paramount. it's shameful they way they act so selfishly.
She clearly has mental health issues.
It's going to get worse kids get participation awards instead of winning. Oh lets not forget drag queens hour at the library They're are our new leaders
The level of entitlement is shocking.
Plenty of entitlement for all...I would say. Surprise, surprise, when you go out looking for A- holes and get indignant when you find what you're looking for. This guy is a 🤡
The kind of people who will post nonstop videos of themselves on social media but takes issues being recorded lol. That lady's brain broke
It’s obviously her first time out of the house in 40 years
@@rarefruit2320 The Constitution was valid 40 years ago too.
Princess never had someone refuse to tell her everything she wants to know.
Why do so many people think they can demand to know the purpose is of someone’s activities in public? I love the bewildered look when their demands are not met.
I enjoy trying to figure out which of those bewildered looks are genuine and which are done for low-grade psy-op social engineering effect.
It confuses me every time. I’ve heard that some even yell at all the mounted cameras.
Lol
@@gregkasza1925 i haven't heard of someone doing it, but I had the same thought, wtf they do for standalone cameras ?
I going to start just asking random people walking down the street what they are doing. Seems like a good idea...lol
@@echo6echo419 right?...why are you sitting on that bench? why are you walking your dog? why are you breathing? LOL
I always dig how you make it a point to point out how they have cameras inside and outside of the building. Some people may think this is not important. But it is very important. It's good to make a mention of this as it points out the fact that if the post office can film us, then we should be able to film them.
Another quality video by the great First Amendment Rights. YOU truly are the top auditor in Southern California. I look forward to auditing with you again before I head out to Denver. That and drink Margaritas 🍹. Alrrrrrrrriiiiiiiight!
Nasty is in my top 5 auditors
You nailed it bro!
Do you consider me handsome?
Yeah, this person filming does a great job of exposing the freedoms we have.
Awwwww riiiiiiight ..... No handsome alerts 😊
I still find it so fascinating how people that don't want to be on video come up to you, a person with a camera, and then start talking to you. Really is mind-blowing. It's like their inner star wants to come out.
It's because they really do. Attention seekers most likely.
They do not understand that the camera is constantly recording and will be pointed at them if they converse with the auditor. That never seems to sink in.
American indoctrination program worked well. These people are dumb as rocks
Then they always stand there for 5 minutes or more in front of the camera to argue that they don’t want to be recorded. 😂
I do the same thing. When I want to stay dry I always jump in the pool.
Finally a supervisor who know the rules for the PO. Great saw Poster 7.
👍 to the supervisor
Woman: "I don't want you to video me."
...continues to stand in front of video camera.
If this lady so dead set against cameras.. Just maybe you shouldn't walk up to any.😅😂... Or stay in your house..
Morning coffee with a fresh new FAR audit. Life is good!
See! "Hi Mom!" used to be the old standard! EVERYBODY wanted to be on camera to say Hi to their Mom lol
Her look of shock that you didn't want to talk to a stranger 😂😂😂
First, your motives are noble and righteous. Secondly, you could literally see the one girls brain misfire when you didn't give the answers she wanted. Thank you, Chris.
I bet she is a blast to live with smh
How are they noble and righteous? If they were he wouldn't demand to force the individuals on camera, he would just do the building inside and out. He is a p***.
Refusing to answer my questions? But don't you see how blonde I am?
Welllll... not actually literally. But quite figuratively, yes!
Yeah, she almost REELED in shock, lol. What?!?! You DARE not to explain yourself to MOI?!?!?😛🤣🤪😂😜 Btw, this is the 1st audit of your I've seen involving a government office. Poster 7 gives people the right to do what you do, good job.
How is it that the supervisor knows, but not the clerk at the window? Shouldn’t that information be relayed to subordinates?!?
A lot of the Post Masters don’t know Poster 7. They apparently don’t have regular meetings with their staff. Many Post Office Employees do not know that Journalists may record in the Post Office.
@@donnacicero9476But that should change, don't you think?
After years and years with hundreds of auditors working it’s quite obvious that USPS has zero ability to communicate as an organization, at any level.
Ive heard the postal workers say yes thru told us about poster 7, but told us to ignore it.
there is a reason why she is at the window instead of in an office
Kudos to the supervisor. He must know about poster 7 👍.
Dam I wish I knew this camera trick in my single days. Just hold a camera and all the ladies wanna talk to you. Lol
"What is this for?"
"Well, it's kind of a long story. My place?"
🤣👍
"My camera? Perhaps we could discuss it over lunch?"
The woman postal employe demonstrated her moral character by not apologizing for her error.
After all of these years of audits, the rules of the post office that all employees should know, and a memo directly from the post master general office to ALL employees telling employees that people do have the right to record in the post office and to not engage people with cameras, they still try to tell auditors that they can not record in the post office.
Respect does not equate to getting what you want.
HI MOM...EVERY INTERACTION SHOULD BE EXACTLY LIKE THAT
Welcome to the U.S Post Office and Freedom Of The Press 🇺🇸
The look on the pretty lady’s face is priceless. It’s clear that she’s never been talk to that way.
I like the looks you get when you give them an answer they do not like.🤔🤨🤣
Three sentences: There is no expectation of privacy in public. Anywhere the public is allowed to go, I am allowed to go. I can take pictures and videos of anything I can see from a public space. And remember, everyone has the absolute right to be uncomfortable and learn to deal with those feelings.
Perfect
It doesn't make sense to have the "no guns in post office" sign inside the post office. It should be on the outer door so you know before you come in.
this is why our tax dollars are being wasted on stupid people
Love the lady who said "Hi Mom" and to her mother specifically if she happens to read my comment,
Madam, you raised a good person my respect
I absolutely loved the difference between the Karen and the LADY with a flower in her hat. The latter, polite, pleasant, gives a wave, smiles, chirps out a "Hi Mom" and carries on. Skinny Karen, panties in a twizzle over you stealing her photons. Imagine being married to her? You'd be suicidal after a day. I bet her husband or partner is a very cowed person. Entitlement at its very worst.
She'd cause instant impotence.
The hilarious part of the whole thing was Chris was facing the other way and Karen engaged. Had she just walked in and ignored the whole thing, odds are she wouldn't have been on film. It's ego driven 100%. "You aren't doing what I think you should be doing, so I'm going to make you stop"....SMH
Word.
Props to the supervisor! Well done sir!
I always appreciate your appreciation for our flag and our veterans. Thank you.
WOW! A Postal Employee that actually got the Memo! It's a refreshing change....or is it.. I'd check for pods immediately...lol
Good supervisor! Props to him!
At 9:33 she don't want to be on camera, But she will stand there and carry on about it ON CAMERA.
Good on the postal supervisor for knowing the law! Great audit!
I love your respectful manner as you stand firm in not revealing your personal reasons why you are recording.
Glad to see another one of your videos I look forward to seeing them. That last lady facial expressions gave me a good chuckle. Keep up the good work and as usual look forward to seeing more
It’s mind numbing that people believe photographers have to explain to them, your business and motives. 😂😂😂
In most states, when someone is holding a camera in public and evidently recording, the act of approaching that person, placing oneself in view of their camera, and interacting with them, is deemed to be _granting implicit consent_ to be recorded. Such consent cannot be revoked by merely stating you don’t wish to be recorded. Your own actions would already contradict that!
When you enter a private business that has security cameras and signs warning you that it does, the fact that you choose to shop there anyway means you implicitly consent to be recorded while you’re there. It works both ways.
The only difference when it’s a public institution like a government agency like the post office is that such recordings are public records which you can FOIA.
Props for the PO manager for squashing that fast 4:32
The lady that had a problem with being recorded on that day... Was probably captured on various cameras... At least twenty or thirty times in a very short space of time... The cameras that are in the Post Office... Other local businesses while on route there... Plus all the traffic cameras monitoring the city... As well as all the other vehicle dash cams that will have recorded her image at some point... Being in public these days means that you're constantly on camera wherever you go... So it seems crazy to me... For anyone to approach someone with a camera and recording in public... To then state that they don't want to be recorded!... If she hadn't stopped to protest... We would only have seen the back of her head... As she walked away across the parking lot towards her vehicle... I just don't get it!.
The guy exiting with the blue shirt at 8.30 was perfect. He had simple curiosity, smiled, and went on his way.
A zoom in on her face and sound effect when you said im not going to discuss this would of been great lol
I love it how she has no idea how she’s making it worse by not just walking away LOL
The butterfly passing through at 6:10 was lovely, though, sadly, it's no longer as common a sight as it was decades ago.
You do a very good job of being polite without divulging your purposes. It baffles me why people think they can control what others do in public.
👍 to the supervisor
I enjoy your 'style'; thx for videos.
9:17 The woman didn't seem shocked, she was actually shocked that the cammer refused to answer her. You can see her brain trying to reboot and process the fact that she won't get an answer.
From out here in cyberland....I'd say you are the calmest and most polite of all auditors. It's nice to know that you can get a good audit so often.
Thanks. I appreciate your kind words ☺👍❤📷📱🇺🇸
Excellent job, ma'am! Please continue your vital public education efforts. As always, sending warm regards from the East Coast.
The thumbnail blonde is so thirsty for attention. For someone concerned with privacy, in truth, she'd be on a reality TV show in a second and perhaps this was her pathetic attempt at an audition. 🤣😇😂 Brilliant video as usual!!
SO true.
Shes the one that posts selfies of herself all over the net , then sooks about yours what a Moron👈😆👍🏻🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
Excellent audit as always.❤
The woman with the flower had sense.
I like how you add foretelling captions. It’s a nice touch. You and Good Guy Activism are my favorite auditors. Very polite and professional. Educating everyone about our rights is the only way we can make progress to bridge the divide between government and the people. Great job!
I think it's sooo Funny that the ppl that say they don't want to b on camera , R ALWAYS the 1's that stand there talking to U about NOT wanting to B on camera . It Never fails . LOL Good job .
Psychologists will stay in business as long as there are nutty people like the one you showed.
This is good to see someplace other than a churches or fast food place. Who doesn't like a Post Office 1A Audit? Bringing it back to the roots.
PO 1A audits are my favorite
You are perhaps the most polite auditor I've seen. Great content
Great job Chris. F.A.R. Supported.
Well thanks to that Supervisor early in the video, this was the calmest Post Office Vid I've seen this far, great job as always Chris! (Am I spelling that right? I'm not positive how you spell it 😉)
Yes thanks ... Chris with a Ch ☺👍
@@FirstAmendmentRights yay I was right! Got ya 😉
Glad to see the postmaster / supervisor knows the law.
An educated, polite and professional USPS supervisor was so nice to see!! Glad you had a positive experience with him! Post offices seem to be notorious for First Amendment audit issues. As far as the USPS patrons, meh..
"As long as your motives are right." I like that, a refreshing take.
She actually did give her consent when she stepped out of her house and into public. It’s called implied consent. It doesn’t matter that it wasn’t verbalized.
On trust me, it matters when her image is used for profit without permission. You Tube is NOT a public platform, it is a private business. Post Office will be told they have every right to privacy strike the video and have it removed.
@@LadyDragonsblood Nope, you're wrong.
@@LadyDragonsblood Move to China or North Korea, you'll find all the like-minded people you can dream of.
@@snex000 LOL no I am NOT. Have you even READ the YT TOS on Personal Privacy.
@@ChocolateMilk.. No, see I like rules and policies, they keep things in line. like the rights of ALL not just frauditors. Frauditors need to move to North Korea...because they want everything to be a LAW. No problem with that there....no pesky rules or policies.... ONLY laws.
"Point to the area on the dolly where the camera made you feel uncomfortable."
“Hey, HEY YOU, YEAH YOU WITH THE CAMERA! Hey, I don’t want to be recorded…”
Lol. Every time 😂
Another nice video . The poor lady in the black hat, she needs to not go to Starbucks before she comes to the Post Office 🤣🤣🤣 you be safe out there
The last 2 were lovely people and unconcerned about the camera, that is the right attitude.
I just dont get it why are postal employees still not educated? Kudos to supervisor for being informed. Just educated your employees though my friend
and she was pissed to be put in check
the lowest IQ individuals are reserved for law enforcement, and the remaining public servant population is second tier dum bass.
That blond lady asking all these questions, then the priceless look on her face. Too funny, "You can carry on", should have been "You can 'Karen' on"!
That is a well appointed and nicely laid out Post Office. Thank you for documenting it.
The problem there is the employee seemed unaware of their rules and regulations, that's a failure of the management when they know and don't make a point of their workers to be trained.
There are some rules specific to the employees themselves on THEIR conduct on postal property, they should ALL be aware of all of those rules on Poster 7.
Imagine walking up to a person holding a camera(initially not aiming at you) and telling them you don’t want to be recorded. If only there was a way to avoid the camera….oh wait you could of just walked past him and went about your day 😀
00:21 I LOVE your intros!
The stultified looks of these Mega-Karens, bursting straight into that upbeat music. Hilarious! 🎥🔥😡
See Nothing, Make Up Something should be the motto.
WAY too many people care WAY too much about what everyone around them is doing.
I really appreciate how polite you are I’m always saying have a nice or great day…god bless…so on so forth. But you always give them a chance to just go about their day and to have a good one. They don’t want attention but they draw attention to themselves.
your vids are great and amuseing. keep it up for freedom always.
My hat is off to the "Hi Mom" lady, the "Welcome to the US Post Office guy, and everyone else who had a routine happy outlook about being in this video. They are the stranger, neighbor, friend, and voter I want to see more of in America.
I’m not buying it, the Blonde loves it🤣😉
She loves being violated? Kinky.
"Why are you recording?" "I'm making a documentary about how many people are totally ignorant about the unfettered right to record in public. Thank you for being a star."
I again want to thank you for your support for our military members past, present, and future. You mentioned me as a veteran, I can’t thank you enough for your support, and also thank you for your support of our POWs, and Missing in Action. My father was a Army Air Corps member. He was captured in World War Two and became a prisoner of war for the entire war. He’s my hero, unfortunately I never really got to meet him because when I was 3 my father got into a vehicle accident and was killed.
So once again THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT! hooah, SSG D Markham, disabled United States Army veteran.
Your audits are always intriguing, it’s cool when they go with the flow, and your art shows!!!!
Great interactions in sleepy Dana Point. Thanks as always Chris 😊
Thank you for the audit
Great content as usual 👍
ha the shock on that drama queens face was priceless
I have been on a binge on watching audits and people flipping out being recorded in public. I love your demeanor. Not entirely rude but can also dish it out if need be. I love it man. Merica
Love how people want to be the Star of the video
Public Education has failed everyone for not educating on our Constitutional Rights! Shameful to see grown adult’s ignorant on their rights and those of others!
Great video thanks so much for sharing
Great Video! It's unfortunate that some citizens are willing to forfeit their rights.
Post office supervisor was great!! That lady in the hat though, i hope she gets to where she can live without so much fear and paranoia.
You don’t have permission but she keeps talking 😂😂😂😂
I love this auditor. If I ever meet this auditor I will buy lunch!!!!!
Same!❤
Same!
Very kind gesture. Thank you ☺👍❤📷📱🇺🇸
The Postal Supervisor did not flinch when asked about your presence in the Post Office; ranks up there with the top 5 responses, kudos to the Supervisor. His response should be in a nation wide training video for postal employees, priceless. Stay safe.
Good job supervisor 👏🏿👏🏿💯💯
I love people watching lol! The lady in the black hat and shirt, good grief woman, get some education on public photography or don't leave home! KUDOS to the PO supervisor!
I bet this woman is likely a government school teacher.
Another fab video 💯✊🏾🇬🇧
Great to see when supervisors know what your doing is legal.
Thank you
