I really needed to hear "we are just trying our best to manage our risk" no matter where we eat. Being only 2 months into my diagnosis this just helps to hear. Thank You.
With it being so new I'm definitely in the camp of it's taxing to be worth it. But I also react to corn, oats and rice like I do gluten so it cuts out even more choices.

I didn’t tolerate dairy, corn, soy, early on in my diagnosis and it definitely complicated things even more! It sucks to have more to ask questions about
