Looks like a great trip. I have done a few long distance Amtrak trips and splurged on the sleeper car a couple times, but I haven't taken any trips west of Chicago yet, so that's definitely in the plans for me.
I've never been on a train 🚂 for travel. I just take a plane or 🚗 to get there. It does look interesting and the view of the desert 🏜️ sunset 🌇 is simply breathtakinly gorgeous!! 😍

Hello, I always take a word search for travel, and I always write the date and place where I am when starting the puzzle. I keep them for kinda a journal of my trip😊

I love this so much. As a writer, I've always wanted to do a train ride and just work on my novel (20 years in the making) lol. Will definitely have to book one for next year.
@@biancamckinnon4043 they only lock from the inside! I’ve never had any issues with thieves tho and I normally carry my valuables with me to the observation car

Coach isn't too bad, if you plan your food and spend most of your time in the observation car. I went coast to coast, DC to San Diego for $234.
