The video is great but there's a mistake you should fix, (most of the channels mistake the same stuff). 0:24 in this part the hiragana and romaji are wrong. Supposed to be "haita" and not "tsuita". The sites write the 吐いた in the wrong way. For this reason some translations become "exhale" instead of "throw up/to vomit". So your translation supposed to be like "Vomito lentamente"
