Crime always pays - with big laughs in this clever series of rambunctious animated shorts. Shifty (The Criminal), a pint-sized pilferer with lofty ambitions and limited brainpower, perpetrates crimes from the sublime to the ridiculous - and never quite pulls them off, resulting in hilarious consequences. Shifty steals money in the parking meter a few days later police builds a very super strongest parking meter so shifty can’t destroy it in the end shifty cries and the parking meter door opens as the coin bounces and he gets caught by the police and the parking meter closes
