Love the RCA dog, the vintage typewriter, the Rolleiflex, the entire studio tour. I am with you Tim, surrounding myself with things I love, far from boring minimalism.
Gosh I feel honored to get to see where all your creative work begins. I love vintage finds, junking for treasures....so exciting. I have had some of your ink pads for a long time but recently dipped my toe in mixed media and now I am in love....Now I have a mission to grow my collection of Tim Holtz products. I have lots of ink pads, alcohol inks, distress sprays, and distress paints...plus stencils. I am more of a frilly type but what I love is you have all the products to go in what ever direction you wish. You kindly took a picture with me at Arlington CKC and it is a most prized possession!
Love, love, love your living space and creativity. You really have a dream home for any artist who loves antiques. I'm sooo very tired of the minimalist blank walls and boring design style. My kids call me a clean hoarder but I love it and will never stop.
Tim thanks for sharing . Now we know what makes you tick. An awesome environment that is full of inspiration and organization. Can I just say it "phenomenal" there is no other word to describe your genius!
I have severe storage envy! I love the recycled spinning unit - that is fabulous and I think every crafter or creative would love one of those. The drawer unit is beautiful and I think a lot of love went into creating it and was used for a long time. Had no idea you worked out of your home though and your home perfectly reflects you and your style. Thanks for sharing Karen x
Oh WOW! Talk about having a Man Cave. This is fantastic. I too have thought about turning my living room into my craft space. You have given me some great ideas Tim. Bless your heart, you are just a total Rock Star. Thanks for the tour.
I have seen my "DREAM" craftroom!!! Both your home and your craftroom are incredibly BEAUTIFUL!! So full of GORGEOUS pieces of so much history in all of it. I also saw some FAB ideas during the tour...YYaaayyyy!!! I have been blessed with some pretty AWESOME vintage findings and can absolutely appreciate displaying them. Thank you sooo much for sharinng with us!! Always Inspired!!! Taylor:)
I love how you live and I agree, surround yourself eclectic art. I also agree with the fact everything should be visible if possible. So now I have to get stuff OUT of boxes. I’ve never seen so much ‘stuff’ it is wonderful.
Love your space. My late husband and I loved going out on the weekend to look for treasures. I don't go anymore since I lost him but I have a house full of treasures we collected. There is so much fun in looking at them and holding them and just thinking about the history. Many things we bought we had no idea what it was and the fun was researching it. The part that isn't fun is dusting it all....lol I wouldn't change it though. Thank you for sharing. It gave me some ideas for my very small soon to be craft room. Thank you for all the great stamps & products. I've been a fan a very long time. God bless!!! ☺💟
Tim, I love your house and your studio is absolutely wonderful! Now I see where your inspiration comes from. Your studio certainly ROCKS! What a super neat way to keep you items handy!
Dear Tim, I'm so glad I got to see this video, because we are so much alike. I have a lot of supplies & collectibles & I like having everything out all around me. I don't have people visit because no one understands why I have what I have & what I'm doing. I guess it all depends on who's doing the looking. Thank you for so much inspiration & innovation. Love, Merry
Wow Tim! Your place is like a wonderful museum that makes me happy! I am also one who loves vintage stuff. I would love to have a room for nothing but my craft stuff. I wish I had all the craft stuff you have put out, but I just can't afford to get everything. So I buy a little bit at a time, one item at a time.
Love your studio & the antiques your ❤️ is in your art is so unique it really seems to be a part of you, whenever you create. LOVE it! Christmas and 2019 absolutely wonderful. Just wished I had more money for crafts that is.
I love vintage too, my kitchen has all kinds of vintage green and Jadite color of small appliances, utensils, heater, toy truck...as well as my collection of Jadeite or Jadite and the dishes I use. I would love to have that Jadite green clock you have on the front row. I have an old wall clock in that color though. People come to my house and these are always conversation starters and that's important these days. Glad that you shared your space,
Great space, I loved that you share so much with your crafty community. I have to be honest I was totally drooling over all that distress ink, I've been looking for all your new colors at my local craft stores but no luck so far... Thanks so much for the tour and for creating so much wonderful goodness for us. Hugs, Tammy
Wow, that is a magnificent creative space, so many marvelous materials, awesome vintage memorabilia... I would love to be the one that creates there! I wouldn't like to be the person in charge of keeping that room clean, though,
I dont mean to be offtopic but does anybody know a method to log back into an Instagram account?? I was dumb lost my account password. I love any help you can give me.
Tim, your studio was the inspiration for my studio! I still have a way to go, but I want to to always be a bit of a work in progress. Thanks so much for sharing!
That was really fun, and a great insight into who he is, and what inspires him.. I had to laugh at all the "T"'s on the wall. I HAVE to be able to see all my "stuff" too :-) TY for sharing that with us!

please,Please design the rotating rack in sections so if one wants two on there desk great. Or like me I want to stack it 5-6 feet as I am 5 foot 7 in height. This is a total no brainer if you can’t get it sponsored than make it under your own brand. All my paints, misters, ink pads are in different places in my craft room which jumbles up my creative process. You are a genius in that if you can’t see something you will not add it to your project. Seriously, doesn’t matter the price we can all save up for this product. Come on Mr. Holtz we need this!!!!.....And Mr. Mario help us all out with this as We know you have tremendous influence and are brilliant as well.. Stay healthy and happy as your videos are getting us all through these months that can be very dark for some people. You truly are becoming (since you are still very young) a National Treasure! Thank you both for all you do for us. Karen from Happy Valley Oregon
