His sacrifice gave dustin more time to escape, If he didn't sacrifice himself the bats would've invaded the van and ate dustin and eddie before eleven and nancy killed vecna, causing the bats to die.
@@z3raxiouuus Well, that's true, but he didn't have to stop and fight them like he did. I think if he kept running he could have made it. Also the duffer bros really just threw him out to the wolves the second we got him in the season. Really sucks :(
@@powderrpacc fr that’s the duffers loss, he was a really great character and they just decided to kill him off like that when he could’ve easily survived. but i guess i can understand that it was his guilt for running that’s why he stood his ground so i don’t blame eddie but i do blame the duffers LMAO
