I just tested it and indeed you are right. - Changing the model breaks the location. I would have to locate it using math and create the placement long hand. I hadn't thought about that to be honest. It does make the inclusion of geometry problematic.
A bit off topic, but can you share the math to determine the angle of 56.32 deg? I'm assuming you're using the tangent function but unclear for which angle.
How it happened the hols are going through and escape on the edge ? I have watched the vid few times, but there is not a moment to explain how they go through up to the edge ?
@@Adventuresincreation , sorry but the holes can go anywhere through the box I guess the holes are linked to the plane going at an angle to the opposite edge, so this is guide them where to go .... thanks
Will not the TNP come into play when you include the edge from the model in the angled sketch?
I don't believe it will but that is a good point. I will test it and let you know the outcome.

INTRO way too loud!
Thanks for the feedback

You are correct tanX = O/A bear in mind I started with the plane at 90 degrees
Thank you for your videos. This content s very important here on youtube .
Thanks!

Are you already subscribed? - That's very odd.

When I create the pocket (hole) it says through all and symmetrical. This will cause it to go directly through the entire model and thus to the edge.
