Was going to buy an original zombie but due to the lack of a footswitch capability it had turned me off, but now I'm 100% sold.
Will YOU please do the vivo and the firebrand ? Your chuggy style of play is more like my own than other folks on UA-cam! Every other video of these joyo reviews are filled with shredding and unmuted power chords

Been researching and trying to figure out which one to get and the only conclusion Ive come to, is a Zombie in the FX loop of a Meteor 😒 The clean channel on this one is unimpressive, to be kind. Flat, thin and compressed. My Rage 158 has a better sounding clean tone than what Ive heard out of most of the bantamps. The Meteor clean, with this gain structure, would be pretty good.
It would be great if they put these in a box with more wattage . That’s the only thing that’s keeping me from getting one of these. Edit : yknow I could just get two for what they’re asking

@@TheChugMonkey One more question, sorry, if I was going to run effects send out of this into the return of a larger amp, you still get access channel changing, etc. With each channel with its own volume, eq, and gain not sure where the loop would pull the signal. Do you lose any functionality?
TheSilentY. My guy just get a cheap Irig, and an pair of decent headphones. It’s the most cost effective, and best headphone practice solution I’ve ever come across. Download tonebridge on your phone you won’t regret it.

Yeah mate. The footswitch make all the difference.

It will easily drive a 2x12. I play mine through a 4x12.

I'm running 16 ohm speakers in my 4x12 with the Joyo and it sounds great.

I am in need of a headphone solution, how is the line out/headphone jack sound? The original bantamps were really quiet.

@TheSilentY I tried to headphone jack out and it sounds quite decent. The volume is ample. I'm using low impedance headphones so keep that in mind.
@@TheChugMonkey thats great. Quite decent is better than most headphone jacks on gear unless you got it going through some nice IR.

It has an FX loop in the back, so I can't see why not.

It's never missed a beat and still sounds great. I use it for most of my recording projects.

The original Zombie doesn't have separate tone controls for both of the channels. Also there is no option for a footswitch.

It depends what you're trying to do. The Zombie does one thing, but it does it really well.
