Trained chef Rachel mixes butter, salty capers, tangy lemon juice and fresh parsley to create a succulent sauce for drizzling over her delicate fish.

This is a brilliant cooking show. Worn out and well used cookwares, Rachel's personality, her simple recipes and the music. Ah, the music! I love the music. I'm glad Cooking Chanel is showing her show.
That looks sooooo good... This girl is my new favorite TV chef. Simple, honest good food and a very likable personality with no gimmicks. Cooking Channel please keep her show going.

Looks great.When your making the sauce tho ,you dont want the pan to be to hot to where you hear a sizzle when you put the lemon in.If its that hot you will evaporate the lemon and basically be left with a pot of butter.Put it on a nice medium heat in a seperate pan and just heat it up untill it hot ,but not boiling or sizzling
UA-cam used to have the entire series available to watch. A pity you can only find snippets now.

that was CAPERS (in english) they are usually sold in a jar with salt brine. They add a balance to lemon,,, i think capers are soft like peas, are berries that come from the caper plant.

I love her easy recipes, but she doesn't always give the quantity of what she is using.
Helene Jovial because she take recipes from others.. same has her uncle (W. k) who use My menu in malaysian.. and ask aborigene to cook for peanuts..

I've watched this video a couple of times. If I'm not mistaken, she adds the oil to a cold pan...
