But I have to admit that the plot is a bit obscure to understand for me haha

Thanks for loving it! I know it's hard to understand because I did write plots.
You could think that Hannibal ran away and somehow had Jim killed, which made George grieved. So George return to Kingsman and investigated Hannibal. George asked old friend M for help and M entrusted this task to 007. 007 was drugged by Hannibal when he was on the mission and he tried to drive away. On the way, 007 had some visions of Q committing suicide so that he had a car crash. Hannibal took him away. 007 was under torture.
With the help of Mycroft and Kingsman, Q found the place where 007 was hidden. Q talked to Will and Will decided to stop Hannibal.
The ending part is that George came through Jim's death and had feelings for Eggsy, Q and 007 went away and live their lives, Will took Hannibal's body and jumped from the precipice.
