That's right! It is the strongest strand of hair on this earth, and it grows out and upward to the heavens. I LOVE my WOOLY hair, just like Christ. rev 1:14-15.
Nothing in the Universe is straight matter of fact the Crown of Black hair spirals the same as the planet we live on It's called 9 ether hair. Naturally grown it spirals out of the scalp like no other hair type. This is why Natural is our way to be.✌🏾
Nice respectful, refreshing, and righteous exchange of opinions. Yet, it's so much deeper given the biblical connotation from which the "saying" (crown of glory) was taken. 🤔 Good dialog!
Homegirl looks like Chaka Khan. Man she is so beautiful, nothing beats natural beauty. It's so frustrating the amount of people that don't recognise the beauty in themselves. Praise Aevin Dugas for accepting herself. Praise Sophia Lou for accepting herself.
As a little brown girl from New Orleans, I’m in tears. I’ve seen her before and went through a similar journey. I haven’t permed Vivian since age 22. I’m 39. I started perms at 13. It’s a gift to sit in your own GOD given beauty!❤
It is a wash, condition, grease, blow dry it out and twist it up for me. Sometimes I will let it out .If I want to wear it straighter , its flat iron and that is it. Usually worn that way a little more during fall and winter for obvious reasons. I feel you. Keep embracing how nature made you.😊🥂💐
Ava's "Sophie Lou" is one of the most glorious heads of Fibonacci Spirals I have ever seen! I have always known that I would never want any other kind of hair.
Yes ma'am! Your hair is just beautiful. I wish there was a lady like you when I was growing up. We had to be fried dyed and laid to the side. I know now that Self love is everything. Our crown (hair) is certainly part of that. I call my locs Pumpkin.
It's sad how as black children some of our own mothers gave us complexes about our hair.. Using the racist term nappy because they weren't taught better or validated by their parents.. Good to see we are coming around and learning how to look in the mirror and appreciate the God given beauty we have,, especially with our hair!! glad to see her going around and teaching children to love and care for their hair!!!! This woman is gorgeous and her hair is exquisite!!!!
What is more sad, is people that always want to blame their own before others. I remember seeing Bo Derek with braids in a movie, and the media was like "how daring". They uplift their people, however bootlicks always want to point their finger at their own people.
Self-hatred is taught! No one is born hating themselves...Ephesians 5:29 No one hates his own body but feeds and cares for it, just as Christ cares for the church. If I was God, I would prevent self hating black men and men from procreating. These demons don't create children, they create vessels to fill with as much self hatred as possible, which is sick.🤢🤮
This lady is ASTOUNDINGLY BEAUTIFUL!! I truly hope that more sistas will follow her example and embrace their natural God given beauty! Please know that your are definitely something the Lord made, and he took His sweet time while doing it too!! Much love from a black man who loves his beautiful Black sistas! Keep shining Queens!!!
Such gorgeousness. I am glad that she saw what was there all along. Afro hair was neglected through centuries of slavery, control and oppression where survival was the order of the day and not hairstyles. We can now embrace the head to toe beauty that the universe gave us. Thank you Mother Nature.
As a man I truly applaud your natural and new found love of no perm, no weave and no wigs..!! You are another example of how beautiful Black women are and treating your hair with “natural” love is even more wonderful. I truly wish more women of color would follow suit…..!!
Blessings Queen❤ thank you for sharing your story. It is so inspiring❤ Love that strong natural hair! And I also love that inner beauty signing so bright❤ I have a long way to go with my hair but stories like this validate that I can do it too! Have a bless day everyone.😊
Absolutely, breath takingly, stunning, beautiful mane attraction!!!!! We loved, embraced, paraded our naturals, as the crowns we were born with!!!! As we became educated about our identities in the 60's/70's we went from calling our mane Afro's/fro's/ to NATURAL'S
If you work with children, please, WEAR YOUR HAIR. Too many of our young people feel like they must wear a completely different hair texture just to grow up and present themselves outside of the house. Normal starts with you.
I love being black as well, but i went to work with workers talking about a mixed kid. They told him to shake his hair. His hair is in a high top fade. I didn't see him shake his hair because I came in at the end but I did see another kid shake his hair and it shook but they didn't see it. I proved them wrong because I shook mine. Then the excuse was my hair is curly but so is yours.Stop hating you beauty. Love yourselves enough to know that you are a king or queen. A Negus and a candice
I can relate to her so much. I wish I had appreciated my hair when I was younger. It was not until my late 30's that I did. I love that she is talking to young girls. I needed that as a young one. I did not get it from my family.
Black hair is and will always be very beautiful.
Her Hair Is Not Black Hair. It Is Mixed Hair.
Your hair makes you a 9 Ether being antenna this is why our hair goes UP not down.

Her hair is beautiful and so is she! Congratulations on the Guinness World Record. I appreciate what you are doing for the community.
Not just the hair. The skin and the poetic voice
A woman's hair is her crown of glory
Questionable as some bald women look just as good! Man's hair is his glory crown to 😊❤!
@@DavidGivinsnhe I agree.I never thought of it that way.I only heard women being spoke of this way.

As for me, it's not frustrating so much as disappointing.
Look how those children respect her. They admire her presence ✊🏿✨️
I’m so excited to see our people wearing their hair in the natural crowns that God gave us. Bravo Bravo

Beautiful. It’s sad what society has done to black girls/women. Embrace all of your blackness: hair, nose, lips and hips ❤
And social media had made it worse with the rise of baddie culture. Wigs on wigs
"Society" destroyed black people globally.
