I stayed in the Terrace 1 bedroom suite back in February 2021 for my 35th birthday. I had the standard terrace room booked for 3 nights comped but as i checked in and mentioned i was there with friends for my birthday the wonderful receptionist upgraded me to the 1 bedroom suite for free. not only is the terrace fantastic but the soaking tub that overlooks the strip was great. sitting there after a day of walking and drinking and just watching the city was awesome. I had always liked the casino and property at the Cosmo before that trip but that w as the trip that cemented it as my favorite hotel on the s trip.
I agree, The Cosmo is the best Hotel on the Vegas Strip hands down!

I decided for my 30th to go all out and we're doing 2nights (the min) in a bungalow. It's midweek so $1250/nt. I figure it's the best excuse I'll have for 10 more years and we can finally afford it, even though I can't party like I used to.
This is super helpful for planning our first Cosmo stay. Of course, now we have to factor in the cost differences, but this tells us what we get for the incremental cost for each room class. Thank you!

You don't even need to leave the Cosmo during your stay to have fun. Next time I'm going to go to STK on a Friday night - it's like a nightclub in there! Insane.

Great Breakdown, I have only stayed in one bedroom & terrace studio. I gotta have a Balcony. One visit I have to stay in the Wraparound terrace Suite.
I am so excited that MGM bought it as I am an MGM reward member. My favorite hotel in Vegas and The Wicked Spoon is my favorite buffet.
Apparently, MGM mentioned that they’re not going to Comp rooms for free but for $100 per night.

Wow I didn't know that they had just studeo and city room like you say just pay the extra money for a balcony and if the is bad or windy we'll least you have that OPTION but you can look out and still get a great great view if I stayed there I would like to try the terrace suite I still get it kind of confused but I'll need the two beds if I'm not by myself

If i was to look for the terrace suite fountain view which is number 3 in that catagory list OR the Wrap around fountain view at number 4. However notice how extreme expensive it is for 15 days if i was to choose the wrap around suite... because you still have to pay the room service fees.. resort fees and whatever tax fees ontop which adds up a lot. Even the terrace suite fountain view is expensive for 15 days.... sliughtly less amount then the Wrap around suite been more expensive but hmmm yeah., I guess i would choose the terrace suite fountain view Only because the bedroom is separated away from the living room with walls.. me or my friend can sleep on the living room. BUT not sure 100% how comfortable these couch sofas are in order to have me or my friend sleep on that as both of us dont sleep together :) only the lucky person has the nice comfortable bed.. And even if you ask for a roller bed not sure how comfortable that would be for 15 days because u still have to pay 50 dollars per night incliding any fees per night.... Unless one can manage to sleep on the couch sofa at the living room just fine.. but need to know because i dont want tightly fall over the sofa and hard backs otherwise i end up sleeping a bad nights sleep at the cosmo :) so dont want thjat to happen. So what you reckon and cost involved?

A very interesting video review thank you so much this helps me a lot. Love your understanding from all the type suites in the 4 categories.. However you said there is no Pull out bed from the sofa in the living room? Ive seen a lot of videos for the Terrace suite fountain view. You know the curve shape room where it has a separate bedroom and a living room. That living room sofa can not be pull over into a bed for a friend who stays with me ? I keep hearing people say you can BUT what i notice in your video and everyone video for this type of suite is... that the sofa does not appear to look like it can be folder out and folded back as a sofa couch..... So maybe many people are accidentally giving wrong information? I did checked the official website that it cost 50dollars plus fees per night for a roller bed... So maybe the hotel means they can bring a roller single bed into the room that can be folded anytime ? People say you make the sofas into a bed.. But does not look like a sofa that can actually be shaped into a folded over out bed..... So im confused....
I am willing to stay at the terrace suite fountain view in this 7:26 when you mentioned the info about the extra bed.... interesting you mentioned it because all other peoples reviews mentioned the sofa in the living room can folded out as a bed which i don't see the sofa bed the shape to be folded out at all unless it does.... I dont no :)
Also i heard that since there is no kitchen in the hotel rooms you can request for FREE a microwave into the room in case you want to cook something frozen and need a microwave. This one i still have to find out if its true.... I mean im willing to stay 15 days and i cant for the sake of things imagined dine out day and night 15 days straight into restaurants.......... Shame it does not even have a thing to boiled water to make coffee...... It does have a small fridge but im coming in winter....
So need warm meals and warm coffee or something because i cant imagined steping out the hotel and dine in morning lunch and dinner time day by day for 15 days in hotels.... I think i would end up been broke. I was thinking buy some small food and bread and coffee but they dont have nothing to boil the water.... and microwave? well that free microwave thing option i still want to know if its true.. as someone else mentioned about this hotel you can request a free microwave for your room when u need to put something frozen in it to quick cook it.

What is the difference of a city room in the Chelsea tower and a city room in the Boulevard Tower? Which one in your opinion do you think is best?
@bridgettenethersole5391 rooms are the same in both towers. The views is the difference, Boulevard towers usually have the better room views
More of the top suites need to come with two queens. If you going with the boys for a chill weekend, you need two beds
Y’all know how to get deals for these rooms or when is the best time to book for the best deal?! I’ve wanted to stay here for the last 4 times I’ve visited Vegas but rates were quite literally ridiculous. Couldn’t believe my eyes ridiculous, going in 2025 in April for my birthday will try again.

Damn shame MGM is taking over. Absolutely love this place on my trips to Vegas. Great access to everything...nightlife....great places to eat....although I prefer Blue Ribbon Steakhouse over STK. The rewards system here is phenomenal! Haven't paid for a room in 5 years. Check out the Lanai Suite here......will blow your mind!

I wonder how long before the Cosmo goes down hill now that MGM has bought them?
It's rare to have a balcony in Las Vegas due to some people who will jump off the balcony if they lose big money in the casino. I don't think there are other hotels with open balconies because of this possible scenario. What is your opinion on this?

I've been researching the cosmopolitan for a future stay.been to Vegas several times and said i wanted to stay here next trip, i like art/modern decor, all the speak easy, bar options, want to see opium ,was at bond when that was there but now I'm noticing what was a 5 star hotel is now down to low 4's, high 3's. Anyone can write a bad review but the pics that people are posting are absolutely gross and disgusting. Something I would find in a 1 star motel 6. And it seems most of the 1 stars and problems are all recent from this past year. Also seeing alot about room thefts. And seeing that they harass a certain races. Also alot about over zealous security. Well known vloger pompsie and most recently Luis roman. And alot of comments concerning rude,condescending staff.

I’ve stayed in all fountain view rooms but the wrap around 😩😩 600$ a night just for a 24 trip would be such a vibe but other then that I’m a sucker for the Japanese soaking tube 🫡
