I think it’s important for sure if you need to improve in specific areas of your game. I’ve seen guys benefit greatly, but in some cases guys get a bad trainer and it can hurt them. Just make sure you have a guy who you trust and who teaches the right things. Just because he played high level, doesn’t always make him a good coach
