have hikvision 4ch dvr, 2 camras bullet 2 cameras dome. plus monitor lcd. lan connected to dvr through ethrnet cable, no light flashing on dvr or lane on router net isptcl its working fine on other devices.

Sir pl.solve my problem.My problem is this our DVR shows online but on mobile not connected and error 246520 shows.When we restat the DVR then on mobile is ok but after sometime failed and errors occurred.

I have hickvision DVR connected to home router. At home with WIFI my mobile app works well. When I'm outside, away from home, through other WiFi or Mobile data cameras status seems to be offline.
Also, I'm not getting notifications.

check your dvr is it connected properly with router, than go to dvr network setting and check P2P settings its enable ? and check dvr status is it showing "online" in p2p setting section

I usually access the cameras from remote area even the internet speed in remote area is quite good but still in mobile app the video buffers a lot to connect.
mobile live view depends on your internet speed ( both sides)
There is no platform access in our dvr
