    Malan! Dude! Mad thumbs up! I'm sitting at the library about to dive into day 2 of writing an ebook (evergreen niche weight loss) and worrying about all the steps I still have to go through to get this online then pitch it - aye yi yi - when I check in and get the best reality check ever from you. Totally cleared my head. Crikey can I complicate things. I'm totally floored. This vid is like a mini V-8 moment. Smacking my forehead and rolling my eyes. Gotta roll - time to get this puppy out the door.

Then your video pops up, I don't believe in coincidence. I believe this is God Sent, I can't thank you enough. You have just confirmed everything I'm planning to do. Also a tip for the viewers you can set up this kind of funnel==> $7 Ebook===>$47 Video course as upsell (power point video with you just narrating the book) Thanks Malan God bless you.

    I thought I might be heading in the right direction and it seems to be accurate with what you say in lots of your videos. The traffic that I am getting isn't exactly trending but it's a niche where people are loyal. This video expanded my ideas in pursuing as a self employed entrepreneur. Russell Brunson is exactly who I was thought of when you asked of someone who made money like this. My Boss met him recently. I work for Ecomm Elite. We make money by selling our knowledge of selling on Amazon and then our clients actually make a lot of money too... I can see all their progress :)
    Trying to find my own way doing something like this myself... I see that people can do it just as easily as you say and make money. A potato gun guide would work even, it's crazy! I'm just so scared I'd run into someone that would argue my knowledge and that keeps me from being able to decide on a something I can be an expert on :/

    Product launching interests me a lot. A Lot. And I prefer this business model more than doing Pop traffic/Native/FB affiliate marketing because you are building a brand, a list, an asset and trust, while doing Pop/Redirects/Native/Display etc aren't (yet I am doing it, cuz it builds up my affiliate marketing skill set, and I don't have to deal with customers) .
    But there are a few thoughts stopped me launching products , like,
    I should be an expert before I teach stuff right? Cuz I don't feel authoritative teaching it as I am not experienced.
    If I am not experienced, am I able to deliver high quality content to my customers?
    What if customers ask me advanced level questions?
    Why would they buy it from me if I got my resources from the internet for free?
    There are other products out there and why would they buy mine? etc...
    Anyways, have a nice day Malan:)
    *** ^^^^didnt really filter much,, I just typed what I thought, which when I read it again right now, I found those questions arent what really stopped me... I wonder what it is stopping me///..

    Thanks for this inspiring vid. As for guys of whom I know who have made a life out of online business, Varg, the dude I mentioned yesterday, having spent most of his youth serving a murder sentence, got out & started selling his music (Burzum) online.
    Married a beautiful Frenchwoman - she's pumped out 6 or 7 tow-headed high energy Malan Darras-type characters. She writes & does vids too. They live simple in the country near Limousin, homeschool, & are getting into permaculture. Varg wrote a Role-Playing Game (MYFAROG) & markets that & various additions online. And he has his UA-cam channel, where he advocates for a return to a pagan, traditional life, fights against the ongoing biological replacement of the European peoples (no to Beige Power aka White genocide, tyvm), trolls vegans, & generally opines about whatever comes to mind.
    Hey, you gotta have a hobby. ;)

    Malan... people look for products from someone they trust. How can they trust someone with zero experience who has only read about certain topic for 3 hours?
    That's ridiculous thinking.
    People don't buy shit now, and after reading about something for 2-3 hours you can only write shit.
    So I would strongly add to this theory that you at least have to be an intermediate in a certain topic and you have to show it. Legitimately.
    What do you think?

    • @dcephus3587
      @dcephus3587 7 років тому +1

      But everyone gave the person/brand they trust a chance to be trusted first....Can you pass the test?
      You're letting your crock of shit doubt get in the way.....get rid of it....launch the product....people might buy if it's quality. Do the due diligence properly and you won't have to worry about writing shit.

    • @xaero212
      @xaero212 7 років тому

      What I am worried about is I don't have enough authority to launch something, that's why I posted comment above - to raise a discussion for this type of thinking. To spark some action.

    ya maybe a decade ago, when there was less content. you can't do this today. you'd need to spend thousands on traffic and marketing to get over the noise. the only way to sell something and profit today is to have an audience or borrow one. can we borrow your channel? lol

    • @MalanDarras

      in 2008 they said the glory days were in 2001. In 2017, they say the glory days were 2008. In 2027 they will say the glory days were in 2017.

      @masteryancodesan 7 років тому

      There's lots of money available, just not that scheme. Everybody tried it already. Now you have to build a brand like your channel if you want to sell feature content. Random sites can't make $10m. You probably could tho.

    • @dcephus3587
      @dcephus3587 7 років тому

      wrong, you can build an email opt in list for starters....pick up people that way....build up their trust then launch the book.....u can still sell water to a whale....just advertise better. Graphic t shirts are made every yr but people still buy them year in and year out.....same thing with creams, diets, cars, books, food, etc
