You're doing such a great job loving and caring for him. He loves you so much and I for one appreciate seeing all the work you do just to make sure he has the best possible life. ❤
I have two huskies and I would be in tears if this happened to either of mine, on husky, one Siberian husky two different tails. It had to have hurt him so bad. Be sure the groomer understands so it does not happen to anyone else. All my love to you ❤
Didn't you also say in the last video you brush him like 3 times a week or something like that? So do people even watch the video before they comment their crazy bullshit or no? 😂Levi has such an amazing dog mom, it's their fault they can't see that
.... have any of those people actually seen a matted dog??? It was very clearly a fluffy, well cared for coat and tail. The groomer did not have adequate education on grooming and totally mangled his tail. I mean!!! They didn't even trim it to clean it up looks-wise. It's very obvious they should not be in the grooming business. Good on you for not putting them on blast here, where some people might be overzealous or take inappropriate actions to seek revenge on your behalf. However, I definitely think you should leave a review or file a complaint. Other owners should be made aware that that groomer doesn't have the training to handle specialized fur types.
This. My husky has a less coarse tail, so I’ve never seen fur like that irl, but how someone can look at that dog and assume he’s matted is beyond me. And like… why didn’t the groomer take accountability?? They could’ve phoned and apologised or something.
There is a UA-camr who's a groomer (not naming the name to not make any plugs if that isn't permitted) who has experience with huskies, malamutes and generally dogs with difficult to maintain coats. And she said that you have to be extra careful with dogs that have a double or even tripple coats.
@bundesautobahn7 If it's the Niagara Falls groomer I believe you're talking about, she's fantastic with fluffy arctic breeds. She sometimes sings along with them.
Have YOU seen a matted dog? So many people only brush the upper layer of fur, so a coat may look amazing, but is then completely matted at the skin. I see it ALL. THE. TIME. at work
people popping off about something they aren't familiar with? on the internet? that has to be a first. im really sorry the groomer did that to his tail. after all hes been through, you clearly take incredible care of him, and im confident his tail will grow back in healthy and strong
I am so sorry this happened. My mother was forced to have have page- boy haircut as a girl. She in turn forced me to have really long hair. She used to brush my tangles out and punished me for crying. I felt like my head was on fire. This is not the same as pain Levi experienced but it is how I can relate it to how painful it was. Please give him a hug from us!
I'm sure Levi did not enjoy the groomer ripping off his tail fur. He's been through enough trauma. His tail matters!! He matters! Give him a snoot kiss for me. ❤🤗
My elderly mal had an accident during the night so I took him to a vet with a groomer attached asking them to help (I didn’t want to hurt him by wrestling him into and out of the tub). The young woman who ran the place wanted to completely shave an Alaskan Malamute in the middle of winter. I picked up my dog and took him home then spent the day slowly and gently trying to clean him up with bowls of warm water and wash cloths. Dog fur, like human hair, is not universal in care. I look forward to seeing Levi’s magnificent tail recover.
Geezus what an idiot! I appreciate your Mal was in a mess but regardless of the season you never ever shave a double coated dog! Absolute no no. I hope he was ok after you were able to clean him up.
Please put this out on their website and other review sites. You don't have to be mean, just let people know that place doesn't know how to care for special needs costs. Another person might have been trusting and come back to find it a done deal. Unacceptable!
I also have a woolie and have cried multiple times when leaving a groomer including the time they chopped all the fur off her tail. That plume tail on woolies are their shining glory and it is heartbreaking to have to sit for months while it grows back in.
is better to learn to do things yourself and is very rewarding.. that groomer should be reported for something. ..assault and battery of a tail 😂. and they take no responsibility for it except price reduction next time like she will go back. Mats or no mats .- it should not end up looking like that. Lots of dogs have floofy tails that need brushing gently..not ripped out 😮 There is no excuse.
@@rachelcraig5047paying someone you believe has the knowledge to own a business in it is not unreasonable. There are many things we can learn and do, but paying others a fee to do for us isn’t shameful. Poor Levi. His tail was beautiful, thick & fluffy & not matted in any way. I can totally understand how it must have felt knowing that he had his tail fur pulled out by poor brushing by a groomer. Big hugs to you both. It will grow back, fluffier & more in your face than before! 💕🤗🐶🐾
Most of us are smart enough to know it wasn't even remotely matted. Those bots and haters with no life should be ignored. And it is sad - sure there are bigger issues, but that doesn't mean we need to shut down every small issue.
The same thing happened to my husky last week. Same place I've taken him since I've had him and they had another groomer take care of him. You're right, there are much bigger problems in the world but it is heartbreaking to see that much for gone from my baby's tail when I know he hates his tail touched.❤❤❤
Please don't feel bad for being upset over something 'trivial' like this! You're allowed to feel, and your feelings are justified. I'm sorry about his tail and I hope it grows back quickly
The first thing I thought when I saw your first video on this, was "oh my gosh, she needs to get a refund". Anyone who has watched a handful of your videos would know how well taken care of Levi it's. 💜 I'm so sorry they did this to his magnificently floofy tail. I hope the floof grows back eventually. 🫂
To make it look a little less stringy while it's growing back, you could trim the long strands down a bit so the tail at least looks fuller. Not going to make it look long, but at least full. The only cure for length is time
My boys tails is the exact same! I love his flooffy tail. My biggest annoyance is people who don't understand husky floof and tell me to shave him in the summer because he's hot 😑😑😑 Huskys are special and so is their fur ❤️ Your love for Levi is amazing. He's so lucky to have found you 💖
I can only imagine how you felt, sharing how upset you were with what happened, and then getting hate! Have some extra 💗 to offset that business! Levi is the best even if he had no tail at all! Arooo roo rawr 🥰
Chloe your brilliant mum and Levi is truly blessed to have you.. haters are just people with nothing constructive going on in their lives so they have to bash others.. you just keep doing you for Levi.. his a beautiful boy and I love your updates 😊 lots of love from South Africa ❤
Girl... it's not about there being bigger problems in the world. It's about each individual's problem and this is yours and your feelings are totally valid. Levi's coat is a showing of the wonders love can do. I woulda cried. I'm sorry this happened.

I can understand why, on the surface, people were…less than sympathetic/understanding. However, I think it’s important to contextualize the situation. Or at least how I see it. If you have a rescue animal that was abused and visibly malnourished you take pride in their appearance. Not for aesthetic reasons, but because of what it represents. It represents the health, safety and love that the animal in question now experiences. It is a visible reminder that this animal will never face malnourishment, neglect or abuse as long as they are with their new family. Even if that family is Mrs. Dad who needs constant reminders to pay the weather bill to ensure the perfect conditions for Levi.
naw, she is NOT a GROOMER. the person that dos this for a LIVING sees thusands of dogs a year, is CERTAFIED in the job and KNOWS what a matted whooly coat VS a NONwhooly matted xoat would look/feel like. if she feels she has SUCH an issue with the people that DO THIS FOR A LIVING then she shouldnt take the animal to a profesional groomer again. and should just do it at hime if she THINKS she KNOWS better then the people that go to school for this and do it for TEARS on one do
@@Disapointedmellencol Not all groomers are good at their job, cause they are people and some don’t care about the well being of the animal. Studying for something doesn’t mean you are good or capable at that particular thing.
I totally agree with you. You know your dog better than anyone, and anyone who follows you knows the love and protection you give Levi. I admire you for all you've done for Levi. I know there are bigger problems in the world, but everything is relevant to the person its happening to at the time.
I do not blame you for being so upset and mad. Poor Levi has been through so much, and you have lovingly brought him back to a happy, healthy dog. Any groomer who can not tell the difference between a matted coat and a compacted coat should not be grooming. With your love and care, Levi will once again have a beautiful plume waving behind him.💜💚
For the idiots attacking her. She ADOPTED, not bought, a traumatized dog and helped him overcome issues with the patience of a saint. She's clearly giving him the best she can. Do you think she'll let him have a matted tail of all things?
I totally understand about the tail. I had a sheltie collie that had the hair of Lassie and I took her to the groomer and they pretty much did the same thing with your husky. She felt so ashamed because she could barely go outside and go potty. It’s like she was a lion and they took her mane off. So I truly understand. To best husky mom in the world. Sending you a lot of love.❤❤❤❤❤
You have worked so hard to repair all the damage done to Levi with such love and kindness. It must be so hard to see that someone has hurt his tail. I hope the floof returns
You have every right to be upset. Levi’s tail is beautiful and will be again. Some people just NEED to be critical of EVERYTHING. Use your best weapons against those types, your sass, sense of humor and sarcasm. You’re great❤
I watch your videos all the time, and they always make me so happy. I feel so bad for Levi’s tail, it’s heartbreaking to think about the pain he must’ve gone through at the groomer. It’s like when someone pulls your hair too hard trying to brush out tangles. It’s so uncomfortable and painful. As a German shepherd owner I always tell the groomer to go easy when brushing them. The haters will hate don’t let the non-educational comments think that you are a bad dog mom! you’re awesome!
As someone with trauma around my own hair, his straggly little remnants hurt my heart for you both! You take such good care of him, the people putting this on you are pure shadowboxers. Here's hoping it grows back in lush and fluffy once more 🤗
At some point, you just can’t even be surprised anymore about how stupid people can get over something that they have no idea about. Thankfully it isn’t the end of the world due to one mistake, but regardless of that, I hope Levi gets his beautiful tail floof back soon :)
As a dog owner, I felt your pain in that last video and I felt for poor Levi!! Too many groomers do not know what they're doing and do not listen, and in doing so hurt animals and damage their coats. You're just standing up for your dog- as you should!!!
You have every right to be upset. It’s really awful what happened to his tail. I’ve watched a lot of your videos and I can tell he’s well cared for and very much loved. It was clear to me his tail was in no way matted as he’s a healthy dog with a beautiful coat. Ignore all the negativity, those who have been paying attention and know your story know that you take amazing care of Levi. Sending lots of love. ❤
I watch every single video. I can’t say with complete certainty that I watch them all more than once but I do know I watch most of them more than once and he’s always rockin’ his absolute handsomest.
I swear screw those idiots who come after u online bc it's SUPER obvious how much care, attention and love u pour into Levi... Not just his appearance but also his health, happiness and his feelings, all of it! We know his story and how u parent +care for him. It's gotta really suck to hear those awhile msgs but try not to let it get to u...i swear that's their whole point. So sorry! I'm sure he and his beautiful coat WILL recover. Keep ur chin up my lady! He won the lotto with u and ur guy too!! 🩷👍✌️
It’s best to go by references and find a groomer that does northern breed dogs. It’s a totally different coat to deal with and so is their disposition. Many will tell you they don’t do huskies. Watch out for groomers use herbal sedatives without your permission too and restraint systems severe. As bad as trying to find a decent doctor. Hate people that shave their dogs for summer bald leave their head . They do t realize damage they do to their dog no protection from elements butchers the coat
I love watching your videos. They obviously show how much you care about your dog and your sarcasm is very refreshing. The groomer made a mistake. The only thing I heard you say that made sense was, there are way bigger things to worry about in this world than my dog's tail. There are. It's fur and will grow back. Said to me by my mother when, in Jr. High, my hair got chopped. She was right, it did grow back and I overcame the trauma.
Why do I get the feeling those were friends of the groomer you refuse to name? 😅 Don't mind them, you love Levi and Levi loves you and us fans love your content. Sending you all love!
From someone who owns multiple dogs with wool- like coats, this dogs coat is in amazing shape. It takes hours to brush out daily and tangles super easy. Props to you for keeping up with it and I’m sorry this happened!
Clearly this dog is well cared for a loved. I don't know what is the matter with people saying stupid stuff. I love your channel and Levi's adventures.
Levi is the most beautiful husky I have ever seen and I loved his tail. I was so sad to see what is left of it. But if you think how he looked like when you got him and how beautiful he became, before you know it he will be back to his old self, handsom as ever. You have n beautifull heart and that I can see in the way you love Levi.
I'm so sorry you had to deal with haters regarding Levi's tail. You are Mrs. Dad and know what the situation is. I didn't realize there are so many perfect people in the world. Never making mistakes or doing anything to bother anyone. What an absolutely boring life! Sending you love, light and virtual hugs. You are an incredible employee of Levi and only he has the right to be upset and judge! He should compensate you well for having his back!! Best of luck 😁
I'm getting frustrated with people who are attacking you. So I can't imagine how it feels for you. Would you ever consider blocking these people. It would be fewer followers, but a small price to pay for the peace and quiet from these cretins. You are my hero!
I'm sorry to hear that you were being attacked in some of the comments and about current state of Levi's tail. Just remember Mrs Dad you are doing an phenomenal job as the guardian of Levi.
Thank you for the informative video. I too hope it prevents trouble for other doggos. Levi is completely gorgeous and I love him. Soft hug 🥰 from Australia
I cried for Levi tail. Husky’s and Malamutes tails are the best. Some groomers need to be better educated. My Rafi has a tail like Levi’s and I would be so upset if the groomer did that to 🎉him. I would not go back and I would tell everyone at the dog park. I found a groomer I can trust so far. Those haters out there need to learn if you have nothing nice to say, keep your mouth or fingers to yourself. Levi is so lucky to have a Mom who cares for him with all her heart. Keep up the great work.
Who cares with a Commons say about how do you take care of your dog people talk because they have a mouth I think you do a great job and I can see how much you love your dog❤
Keep your head up. You have given King Levi the most wonderful life. If the people commenting negatively were half the person you are the world be a better place.
It's obvious his tail fur looks LESS healthy after the groom, so those commenters have no clue what they're even saying. It literally looks like chunks were ripped out from it which is what happened.
Well you knew it but I think the groomer should have known too. It’s probably best to give a few side notes of what you’d like the groomer to do. There’s this groomer I think her name is Vanessa and I believe she is also in Canada. She probably would not have done that to Levi. Because she understands different fur and coat textures in dogs, that is taken into consideration. Well at best it will grow back. ❤❤❤
I have two beautiful “Wooly” Husky boys and their tails are beautiful, it’s part of their character! I would have been devastated as well! You are totally right the texture of their top coat and tail are corse. After watching this I’ll stick to our home routine… I pray Levi’s beautiful tail will be bouncy and beautiful in no time! I Love your humor! I’ve taken away many little sayings like “Toe Beans” too funny! Levi’s a Happy Boy! 😊
I’ve never noticed Levi’s tail being matted. The groomer did a hack job on his tail. It happens. Luckily it will grow back. Levi is one handsome boy! 🐾❤️🐾 Wishing you & yours a safe, happy & healthy New Year 2025 from me & Zinnie Kitty in Upstate New York USA 🫶

I can only imagine how you felt, sharing how upset you were with what happened, and then getting hate! Have some extra 💗 to offset that business! Levi is the best even if he had no tail at all! Arooo roo rawr 🥰
It's not just all the hair they pulled out but can you imagine the pain he was in while they were doing it? Poor baby 😢
Hey why are there still toxic comments! She's doing great he's still happy!
Mom you are allowed to feel however you want . Those other people who are just going after you they can ....... BLESS YOUR HEART .
Why am i not surprised at the interet blaming the victim 😢
Stay strong ❤
Your clearly a great mom.
i trust u with his care completely. u literally saved his life with your blood sweat and tears !!
All these haters need to be quiet, shame on them. Im sorry.
If you don’t want backlash, don’t post. Very simple. Not everything needs to be posted on the internet for fake internet points.
@@SuperRobinator123 yes but in turn people don't need to hate someone for talking about something that bothered them
It's a two way street and in this case, she had every right to post and none of the commenters had the right to make accusations when they've never met the woman.
@@SuperRobinator123, you're a miserable person, aren't you? Sad.
Dad who needs constant reminders to pay the weather bill to ensure the perfect conditions for Levi.
naw, she is NOT a GROOMER. the person that dos this for a LIVING sees thusands of dogs a year, is CERTAFIED in the job and KNOWS what a matted whooly coat VS a NONwhooly matted xoat would look/feel like. if she feels she has SUCH an issue with the people that DO THIS FOR A LIVING then she shouldnt take the animal to a profesional groomer again. and should just do it at hime if she THINKS she KNOWS better then the people that go to school for this and do it for TEARS on one do
@@Disapointedmellencol
Can you talk like a normal human being
@@Disapointedmellencol Not all groomers are good at their job, cause they are people and some don’t care about the well being of the animal. Studying for something doesn’t mean you are good or capable at that particular thing.
So many haters need get a life and focus their energy on themselves.
Hopeful your beautiful huskys tail will grow back😊
I'm never owning a husky but I enjoy watching yours
Some people aren't happy unless theyre unhappy and making everyone around them unhappy. They can all piss off! This is a happy space!❤
We all know how much you love your fur babies. It was AWESOME that you shared you experience with a unknowing groomer of Levi's breed.
Poor Levi 😢, we see the love and care you take with him . The groomer needs to educate themselves!! Xx
You’re great❤
You are absolutely justified in your reaction! I would be in tears 😢
From one furry fuzzbutt lover to another ❤
I watch your videos all the time, and they always make me so happy.
You take such loving care of your dog. Levi is very lucky!
Ugh! When I first saw your previous video, I thought “that wasn’t clipped, it looks torn” 😕 poor pup. Hope it comes back lux and healthy.
Levi is a gorgeous dog. He doesn't seem to mind.
You have every right, to feel how you, feel!!
As a dog owner, I felt your pain in that last video and I felt for poor Levi!! Too many groomers do not know what they're doing and do not listen, and in doing so hurt animals and damage their coats. You're just standing up for your dog- as you should!!!
You know in your heart what’s true when you’re deciding on a situation, you never have to second guess yourself against random people.
I dont care what others think about Levi's tail you keep the levi love videos coming. He's the best pup pup!!
I watch every single video. I can’t say with complete certainty that I watch them all more than once but I do know I watch most of them more than once and he’s always rockin’ his absolute handsomest.
Levi is clearly loved and cared for. Lots of sardines, conditioner and combing, it will be back to its former glory.
You take such great care of Levi. Haters will hate, keep doing what you do
I swear screw those idiots who come after u online bc it's SUPER obvious how much care, attention and love u pour into Levi... 🩷👍✌️
Take Levi to Girl With the Dogs! She's AMAZING! There's a waiting list though because she's amazing.
I'm so sorry you were attacked. Your feelings are valid!!
😢 so sorry! Sending good vibes that his tail grows back quickly! He’s such a beautiful boy
Levi’s mom, you are so wonderful to Levi. Bump the trolls who say anything. I am grateful that you share your husky fur baby mom adventures with us.
It was clear that Levi wasn't matted and that his haircut was botched. You take excellent care of His Fuzzy Excellency! 🥰🤗
It's harder when you're sad to over look ignorance. Please don't let it matter. ❤❤❤ Thank you for the update, I've been thinking about both of you.
He had a beautiful tail, it will be beautiful again ❤️
How's the boy doing? A good groomer uses their hands and eyes, not just a comb. I hope that magnificent tail comes in better and prouder than ever!
You have every right to be mad it’s your baby I really hope it grows back soon ❤
I hope he is going to have his gorgeous tail back he did have to many issues already poor baby Levi 🥺😘😇❤❤👏💪🤞
I get ya! Never thought Levi was matted at all. Fluffy as his face. Switch groomers if needed.
You have every right to be upset ❤🐶
Thank you 🥰
@@LeviTheHuskyRescue, they don't know and they don't care. Miserable sods.
I hope your tail grows back soon, Levi! ❤️ your still a cutiepatoot pup!
