3. It is not only medicines or practice, but a patient needs to take a proper and healthy balanced diet to recover fast as vitamin B12, vitamin di and protein diet is essential during paralysis. These vitamins and protein intake will help the patient recover quickly as the patient is frail during paralysis, so we advise every paralysis patient to take vitamin and protein enrich diets to recover fast. Some people give only boiled vegetables to paralysis patients, which causes atrophy in the muscles. If a patient cannot digest food, then we advise the patient to make Moong Dal and egg white to gain energy in the body.
