    Since I found your Utube, I have stopped looking at other feeds. Yours is to the point, clear- with AMAZING RESULTS 🎉 Thanks to your channel, I have stopped limping due to ankle pain. For months, I had fruitless physio therapist visits and countless hours I spent watching other Utubers. Your lacrosse ball and tighten the muscle, then release is a life changer.     Proprioception is a HUGE component! Yes, the band stretch helped me to maintain my balance longer. I’ve had arthroscopic surgery on the ankle side where I have knee issues. I’ve and I had artificial ligaments added laterally to keep my ankle from rolling outward (wish I hadn’t had this surgery!). My issue is that I still have the painful “crunch” in my knee even with the minimal range of motion like what you do in this video. Hopefully with improved knowledge of where my hip knee and ankle are the crunchiness will decrease. Love how you explain everything. Very helpful!

    So, are you saying that weak ankles may have an affect on our balance?

      Ankle weakness may have an impact, but the point was to highlight that rusty/stiff ankle joints may have a big impact!

    I really enjoy how you put effort into explaining the ‘why/how’ these exercises are meant to work and benefit you - it’s made me realize I’ve done a ton of things incorrectly over the years, haha!
    Question! What sort of things might you recommend fastening a band to at home to keep it stable for an exercise like this???

      Hi Alex! I appreciate the kind words. It can really be anything, the leg of a heavy bed or couch. It can be a tree or a post outside, and there are even some devices that allow you to hook it under a door and do it that way!
