Floods at Bathford 25 November 2012

On returning from a walk from Kingsdown to Bathampton, I found myself on the wrong side of the rapidly rising By Brook. My knight in shining armour was the driver of the No 13 bus, who managed to get me to the other side. Some drivers weren't so skillful.

There were more floods on Christmas Eve 2013. See "Mary Kelly's photos" on Flickr. The buses had already stopped running by the time I got there so no repeats of this epic voyage!
