Thanks for the video! I’ve just bought one of these and it came with no instructions! Needed to figure what to do with the chords and hooks for the porch section! Tight lines 😉
Thank you ...very helpful, I'm considering buying one as Chesil Beach gets so windy. What do the side panels thats are flapping serve, do they clip up or extend the tent ?
@@skippysanglingadventures8080 I see...I might just use my beach tent that has pockets to weigh it down with sand / pebbles. It will keep the wind off me. Can I ask you how i get to the other end of Chesil as it looks less steep & more manageable where you took your video. I was at the pub end with the seats on concrete & boats on the pebbes. WAY WAY...Too hard to carry my stuff down 😔 I took the bus route that landed me right opposite the beach with a MIGHTY Exhausting climb 🥺
If I didn't need the shelter to be compact for carrying on a motorbike then I think I'd go for an igloo or big bigloo Been using this for a year or so now and cannot fault it
@Itsnotsafeandeffective yes still using it and no regrets it's a great little shelter Would be nice to have an actual door panel for when having a nap on the beach, might upgrade to a bigaloo one day
@skippysanglingadventures8080 that a good point. I've got a motorbike it would be handy to carry on the bike. How do you get on with longer rods ordo you use 3 section rods?
Thanks for that. Got one only used twice in anger but not very good at assembling. So some useful tips in your video.
Glad the video helped
Congratulations. And if you sit in a tent on a fishing box, will there be enough space above your head?

No problem
They are just small panels that help deflect the wind/rain if needed but unfortunately they don't actually close up the front completely

West bexington is where I fish where its not as steep
There's also west bay and cogden that way but not fished those areas yet
Thank you....i will check this out next week weather permitting. I'm a newbie to sea fishing & importance of the tides, alot to learn 😊
They seem pretty good. I’m torn between this and the igloo. This is obviously cheaper but the igloo are setup pretty much instantly

@@skippysanglingadventures8080 yeah fair enough I had a bigloo before and they are very heavy to lug about especially if you have a seat box with you
So any regrets are you still using it or wished you has the igloo or other?

@@skippysanglingadventures8080 I am just about to buy a shelter based on that the big bigaloo may be first as last
@Itsnotsafeandeffective I went for this as used to carry all my fishing gear on a motorbike so needed one that packed down small

Is that the mighty Chesil?
Yes it was on chesil
Almost as bad as a course angler with all that getup
@kernow24 nothing compared to match anglers with everything including the kitchen sink
