As for Squirrel Girl, she is the only thing that Deadpool truly fears. I never heard exactly why, but it is part of canon.
She is a joke character meant to never be defeated. Deadpool is aware he is in a Marvel comic and would probably know this.

I love the Terry's chocolate orange reference.
I loved the Spiderman-Kingpin takedown; Kingpin in a fortified position, surrounded by his followers, and Spiderman still got in there, beat him down like spanking a toddler, and showed Fisk that the only reason he was still alive is because Spiderman allowed it; that Peter Parker could come back and finish the job any time, and there was absolutely nothing anyone could do to stop him.
