i used to watch him when i was a kid. Tojo was great. loved his spiked shoes. he was 1 of my favorites. watched him at Boutwell auditorium.

Favorite Tojo story is when he would apologize to the crowd for japan bombing Pearl Harbor. Say he was working Baton Rouge, he would apologize for Pearl Harbor and really get over, people would start applauding and tearing, this would go on a few mins then he would say something like “aporogize for Japan bomb Pearl Harbor, Japan should have bomb Baton Rouge first!!! And the crowd would pop. Tojo the master!

That was actually in the tiny town of Boaz, Alabama. He incited a full on riot that night. He was so great at creating heat.
