Reviewer Chris is back 😢. I will be completing my Cloudspire collection, as this game makes the world a better place. Top 5 Solo game for me. 😎. It’s not for everyone, but it is for me.
There are currently 553 all-in pledges. As somebody that truely loves Cloudspire and tables it almost on a monthly basis for several days at a time, this leaves me completely flabbergasted. The base game alone is a monumental endeavor to work through and the idea of having an all-in to deal with from the get go, leaves me in horror.
Plus 190 gameplay all in + 123 base pledge with new content. But I get it, even though I am sure it would never get tabled with my current life the idea of idea a complete game in a chest is so tempting.
You’re providing a great service with this video for anyone who may not know how susceptible they are to the incredibly persuasive power of marketing. Combine that with laymen money management and it can be a real disaster. I say this because of stories I’ve read where people describe how much trouble they’re in financially because of overbuying games, causing family trouble, depression, etc. it can be real for some folks out there, and they need help. Not everyone has a good handle on shopping, unfortunately.
You're the voice of reason in this crazy hobby. I don't follow your advice... and I feel personally attacked in most of your videos... but I do agree with you 🙂And yes, I have backed. And no, I haven't played all of the previous factions yet. It's definitely a me problem.
Just grabbed base, update pack, portal seekers and Griege faction expansion locally 2nd hand. Into the first game pvp. Will see how it goes and jump in late pledge if it sticks for any items we may want to expand what we got.
A game like this is a premium buy and not a lifestyle game. It's proof that some games are about luxury and you don't have to have all the toys. Beyond that, five games in a stack versus one big one is none of my business. "gamers/buyers" make these choices all the time. While I know you specifically have strayed away from bigger box games, this is and other games like are popular for a reason. There are plenty of reasons to question a purchase, but ultimately it comes down to financial choices and research from informative content creators with knowledge of the product. Informative above everything. Biased heavily means less..
I suspect about 1% of the people buying all the content will every play it all through. I'm guessing they didn't send you a sword too, as this company loves reviewers who love them ;)
I don't think I heard anything about the box. The box will be amazing. If you got the box, you have to fill the box up. ... Wait. Is this me talking? ... ... : O ... Oh, well. I still have money to pay my property taxes.

One minute in. I am wondering what he is going to say about the trove box. ... I will not look at earlier comments, yet.
