Hi again! Enjoyed watching/listening to your vlog.
Currently trying to get the motivation to shower. I did manage to exercise and do a couple of hours of work. Fed myself. Realizing all of these things are part of life, not just the “casing” of real life and do require attention.
What I appreciated most was the reminder to pursue what I enjoy, even if it’s not set up perfectly.
I too have been quite a reader, but haven’t been able to do it for long lately. By lately I mean about 15 years. Which is sad because I think I’ve been burned out for over 20 years and I’m just now coming to grips with it.
