I love Amouage "Jubilation XXV Man" and I've only tried the newer formulation of it. I highly recommend it, even though some people criticize the newer formulation of it. It might be my highest-ranking fragrance. Other fragrances which I recommend (i.e. even in the current formulation) are: Calvin Klein "Euphoria Intense for Men", Xerjoff "Naxos", and Amouage "Interlude Man".
From this list I own the N.R. and the Gucci. The N.R. is one of my favorite fragrances. I can't forgive myself for not having gotten a bottle of the EDP when it was in the $40-$55 range and I never got to try it.
Loewe's Esencia has changed with the new "update", my dad used to wear it and bought for him the new version. It's not bad but kind of different... Wish they used the same formula! Great choices btw!
From this list I really like: African Leather, Narciso Rodríguez For Him, Habit Rouge and Ambre Sultan. Lyric Man is just not for me, beautiful scent but it just doesn't work with me. The one's that I want: Chypre Palatin. Gucci Intense Oud, Tea for two, Coromandel and Loewe Esencia. Can't wait for your review of the new Loewe's. Thanks for the list Sebastian!!!
🧡Coromandel🧡Musc Ravageur🧡Kiehl's Original🧡Bal D'Afrique all in my Alltime Favorites...i would add a classic amber like Ambre Precieux or Amber by Mona di Orio and a just stepped out of the shower skin scent like Pierre Guillaume's Le Musc et Le Peau or Diptyque Eau Duelle...all classic scents i always go back to. Lately loving Musc des Sables by Les Indemodables and Teint de Neige by Villoresi...kinda ODed on oud, smoke, leather in every uber, restaurant and shop and craving iris and powdery scents!! will try some of those fresh recommendations in Springtime. TY

Do a part three…we know the list is longer. You still haven’t tackled the classics. Some of the reformulations haven’t always worked but Chanel 5, Mitsouko, Jicky, Joy, Shalimar etc need your informed attention.
I will happily watch all videos you put out in this series. I’ve purchased several samples from the last video, and hope to try some of these soon! At least the ones I haven’t tried or purchased already 😂

I can't agree more, I have African leather and Habit rouge and Musk ravageur and Ambre Sultan and Bal D'afrique and all are my favorite perfumes, I am eager to lay my hand on Fougere Royal, once more thx a lot for your informative videos.❤
Definitely let us know about that rebottled Habit Rouge. I'm on the fence of getting backups of the older edt before they disappear entirely. Doubt that Guerlain would make a dramatic change in the formula, but watering things down is what conglomerates do best...

@@joeschmidt6597 it was less than a year ago, they had like 4 different ones from that line, I picked up all of them, 1 of each of the others and 3 ambre sultan and 3 others from a different line of surge lutens, and those were 25 bucks each for 100ml all together I picked up like 8 surge lutens, I opened ambre sultan and couche de diable which is potent juice unexplainable, the others are still sealed, so have no idea how they smell, but tj maxx or marshalls as they are a sister company is where I usually find discontinued gems and Burlington coat factory.
@@timb6366 I also found Missoni wave and regular Missoni gift sets for 30 and 35 bucks each 100 ml picked up one of each, the cologne alone Missoni goes for like 50 discounters, and here and there some discontinued stuff

I can vouch for the greatness of MDCI Chypre Palatin, Houbigant Fougere Royale (2010), Dyprique Tam Dao and Bal d'Afrique by Byredo as I have full bottles of them. All fantastic fragrances. I also have a decant of Musc Ravageur by Frederic Malle and Memo Russian Leather and they are very good. Haven't tried Memo African Leather. I would choose Guerlain Heritage over Habit Rouge, Arabie and Chergiui over Ambre Sultan, and Bracken Man over Lyric. And I would also add MDCI Invasion Barbare.
I would like to recommend Kitone a designer known to be worn by Putin. I have yet to see or know anyone else wearing it cause nobody ever heard of it when I’m asked

In regards to the current formulation of Gucci "Intense Oud", have you tried it, and is it not as good as it used to be? I've only tried the current formulation and I was very disappointed when I first tried it because I found it to be very weak and I found its scent to be not special. I let it age for about six months and its scent improved over time to the extent that I like how it smells, but it still isn't strong. I'm under the impression that the older formulation is immediately very strong and possibly even a different scent. In hindsight, I wouldn't pay more than $80 for a full bottle of the new formulation.

Gucci intense Oud is such a nicely made designer perfume with no other out there to my knowledge that I made it my signature scent.
jomashop carries gucci intense oud for $135 when in stock, holidays like 10 bucks less.

I'm a fan of ambre sultan, I have 3 50ml bottles, picked them up from tj maxx on clearance 30 bucks each
